I noticed that after your request, the J Rice article has now been restored by User:JohnCD. Furthermore note that the colleague who proposed the deletion User:Little_green_rosetta and had his way in deleting the page originally from Wikipedia is now blocked from editing with us indefinitely. See Special:Contributions/Little_green_rosetta. It was me who had created and developed the page originally in April 2011 (after an even earlier deletion) and developed it until its deletion in May 2013. But still I want to put to your attention that your user name User:Jriceproductions should be used very carefully particularly in editing your own page for conflict of interest, plus that having picked what is a commercial name in itself, it will be held for much more scrutiny for avoiding promotional usage. In any case, the best way to proceed from now on, now that the article has been reinstated, is through edits through independent editors so as not to confront further objections. The article still remains open to further review and deletion requests through discussions, but I will try my best to save the page and update it as needed with further references and information.
