Help me! Article submission query

[edit]

Please help me with... Hi, I recently had a page I created for Press to Meco accepted and I was notified that as I had made at least 10 edits over more than four days that I could now create articles myself without having to post a request. In an effort today to create a page for the band's debut album - Draft:Good Intent (Press to Meco album) - I wasn't sure how exactly to create this page in such a way and instead I created it through the Article Wizard. Is there a way of retroactively altering the article so that I can publish it without awaiting secondary approval, and if so would you be kind enough to explain to me how to do this for future reference? ThanksJosh137451 (talk) 18:12, 30 October 2020 (UTC) Josh137451 (talk) 18:12, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You may possibly want to ask at Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Help desk (I'm not sure if that would be the best place to ask however). As a note to other editors: I haven't set this question as "helped", as I don't think I've given a full answer here. Seagull123 Φ 19:44, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I've simplified things by just accepting it via script. In the future, you can make articles directly if you understand our policies firmly and feel that you know what is and is not notable :) If you have questions about that, best to ask at the Teahouse. Hello, I'm Asartea. I noticed that in this edit to Press to Meco, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Asartea Talk | Contribs 15:25, 10 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
