Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to 2016 NBA Finals, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. —Bagumba (talk) 05:51, 11 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Andethyst. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to 1997 NBA draft—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. Andethyst (talk) 15:03, 9 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, the information I changed on the page was wrong. It said that the draft included a person named "Curt McConney", who doesn't even exist. I added the real name of the 54th overall draft pick, Mark Blount. It is the correct information and is constructive. I don't understand the rationale for labeling this as "unconstructive". Information icon Hello, I'm Toddst1. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to FTX Scam seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Information icon Thank you for your edit to the disambiguation page Kai. However, please note that disambiguation pages are not articles; rather, they are meant to help readers find a specific article quickly and easily. From the disambiguation dos and don'ts, you should:

  • Only list articles that readers might reasonably be looking for
  • Use short sentence fragment descriptions, with no punctuation at the end
  • Use exactly one navigable link ("blue link") in each entry
    • Only add a "red link" if used in existing articles, and include a "blue link" to an appropriate article
  • Do not pipe links (unless style requires it) – keep the full title of the article visible
  • Do not insert external links or references

Speedy deletion nomination of 76ers–Lakers rivalry

[edit]

Hello, JohnnyYeet,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Actualcpscm and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged an article that you started, 76ers–Lakers rivalry, for deletion, because a consensus decision previously decided that it wasn't suitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia. If you wish to restore a page deleted via a deletion discussion, please use the deletion review process instead, rather than reposting the content of the page.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Actualcpscm}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

76ers–Lakers rivalry moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to 76ers–Lakers rivalry. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and because the article appears to be unfinished with no ongoing effort to complete the article. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Hey man im josh (talk) 13:54, 24 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
