Speedy deletion declined: Flores Knistoff
Hello Jianhui67. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Flores Knistoff, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: not a test page, subject possibly notable, foreign-language articles should be listed at WP:PNT. Thank you. JohnCD (talk) 11:36, 3 August 2013 (UTC)
Actually I don't have any refrences but I am pretty confident about the changes I made. For eg. Dubbing artiste Smita Malhotra has dubbed for Katrina in the movie Welcome and Mna had dubbed for Isha Koppikar in Aamdani Athani, I have heard this voices on Tv.Mona's voice can be easily distinguished from that of Smita's. Maam please restore the changes I made. Maam it's my earnest request. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 220.225.8.25 (talk) 07:00, 4 August 2013 (UTC)

RFP/C
Please don't "re-decide" things like here. At a point in time, an editor asked for permissions early. It wasn't done, and it was marked closed. Marking it 2 days later as done makes little sense in that context ES&L 09:57, 12 August 2013 (UTC)
This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Camp Resilience (NPCC), and it appears to include material copied directly from http://app-stg.npcc.gov.sg/data/s_campsite.html.
It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

Usage of uw-username template
Recently you placed notices in a few user's pages such as User talk:Best Content Consult using the Template:uw-username but failed to add the reason for the notice. It is important that you tell them why they are violating the username rules so they understand. Thanks for your help. -- Alexf(talk) 13:31, 16 August 2013 (UTC)
canceling deletation of " MiC SlaYer "
hiii there.... i have added some reliable sources...... please check it and cancel the deletation.... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mikhaildcruz666 (talk • contribs) 14:35, 16 August 2013 (UTC)
- Hi Mikhaildcruz666, sorry that I cannot delete the prod template as the article does not have a reliable source. You need to link a outside Wikipedia link to your article. Please read WP:Reliable sources and WP:Referencing for beginners. By the way, the article you created, is similar to your user page, User:Mikhaildcruz666. Based on WP:Autobiography, writing a autobiography on Wikipedia is strongly discouraged, unless your writing has been approved by other editors in the community. And please sign your posts with the four tildes (~~~~) when you post on talk pages. Thanks. Jianhui67 Talk 05:23, 17 August 2013 (UTC)

Speedy deletion declined: Metropolis (Peter Cincotti album)
Hello Jianhui67. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Metropolis (Peter Cincotti album), a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: WP:CSD#A9 applies only if the artist does not have an article, but Peter Cincotti does. It may well not meet WP:NALBUMS, but you will have to consider PROD or AfD. I have added "Notability" and "Unreferenced" tags, maybe give the newbie author time to see if he can add sources. CVUA
Hi Jianhui67. Thank you for your comment regarding User:KinHikhari. However, there are other issues regarding their account so I would prefer to wait for a while before suggesting training or granting any user rights. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 18:39, 20 August 2013 (UTC)
There are several reasons why some users rush to get additional rights. Some want to be genuinely helpful but lack the required experience; some just want something to brag about in the schoolyard, while others see it as a stepping stone towards adminship but they don't realise that it will have exactly the opposite effect - we call it 'Hat collecting'. Hi! I gave rollback permissions to that account, and for archiving, see User:MiszaBot/config#Setting_up_archiving. You just put the template at the top of your talk page and the bot will do the rest. Let me know if you have any further questions. SpencerT♦C 16:57, 24 August 2013 (UTC)
- I honestly am not sure how to do that. Perhaps you should talk to User talk:Misza13, the operator of the archiver bot? SpencerT♦C 04:32, 26 August 2013 (UTC)
Rollback
How many edits are needed to get rollback, and how can i get that amount of edits? KinHikhari (talk) 12:21, 25 August 2013 (UTC)
- Hi KinHikhari. Please see WP:Rollback and WP:Vandalism. I got around 800+ edits when I got rollback. Try finding and reverting vandalism in Recent Changes page and also warn the vandalizing users with the appropriate template. Try to use Twinkle to revert vandalism for a while before applying for rollback. You can revert a fair amount of vandalism each day. It depends on how much you want to revert. Jianhui67 Talk 12:50, 25 August 2013 (UTC)
- How long will that take? KinHikhari (talk) 12:53, 25 August 2013 (UTC)
- I'm not sure about that. It depends on how much you are going to revert. It took me about 5 weeks to get to 800 edits mark. Jianhui67 Talk 12:56, 25 August 2013 (UTC)
- As a guideline,in the absence of conducive significant vandal reverting it generally takes 200 edits to be accepted for training at the WP:CVUA. The rest depends on a favourable report from the trainer. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 15:38, 26 August 2013 (UTC)
- I thought one must have at least 200 mainspace edits to be accepted in CVUA? Jianhui67 Talk 15:40, 26 August 2013 (UTC)
- Possibly. Frankly I can't remember. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 14:53, 27 August 2013 (UTC)

RfA
Hi Jianhui67. Nice to see some new faces at RfA. I've been campaigning for several years to get the process improved and get more editors of the right calibre to be brave enough to come forward and be counted, and it sure hurts on the rare occasions when I have to oppose someone. Out of curiosity, how long do you spend researching before you vote? I've got mine down to about an hour or so - unless of course it's someone I know well already. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 15:02, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
- I will go through his contributions, his logs and sometimes his user rights and edit count. Maybe sometimes his talk page to see if he have any warnings for the past 3 months. Perhaps for Rscprinter123 I did not do much research. But I think he seems okay with me. I see a lot of opposes for his 2nd RfA. But perhaps not to make him feel so downhearted, I supported him. I know I'm the only support. Jianhui67 Talk 15:16, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
- Well perhaps I am more lenient than you? Jianhui67 Talk 15:18, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
- You'd be surprised at this but there's one very prominent editor who goes around the site telling people that Kudpung is on a mission to stamp out oppose votes altogether. No,I'm not harsh, as a review of the 200 or so RfAs I've voted on will demonstrate, just objective. Keep up the good work - one way to get the system back on its proper tracks is to have !voters who do thorough research. A good trick is to bounce some snippets of their creations into Google and see if there are any COPYVIOS. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 15:39, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
- Wow. Who is the person that keeps picking on you? I think he did that purposely to tarnish your reputation. Jianhui67 Talk 23:52, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
- It's a long old story going back continuously over a period of nearly three years. Actually someone with whom I have very little direct contact, just doesn't like some of the projects I work on. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 11:15, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
- Can you tell me what happened? I'm kind of interested. Jianhui67 Talk 13:01, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
- Rather not. Best to let sleeping dogs lie, for one thing, I have a sneaking feeling that the climate at RfA (which has been catastrophic for years) is going to improve significantly over the next few months, and especially if we can convince the drive-by !voters to do some proper research instead of going by gut feeling or simply piling on, and by convincing others that civility is imperative. We've lost some really solid content contributors in the past because of the way they were treated at RfA. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 13:47, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
