Peter Devlin

Have you made a mistake in nominating the article on Peter Devlin for deletion? You user page says you never take such action. Dormskirk (talk) 20:36, 3 July 2010 (UTC)

Am not convinced that Peter Devlin is at all notable, perhaps when he is promoted to CDS he will be worthy of a mention, I do not see that at this time, seeing your many honorable military related contributions, Devlin is the only one not a being four star equivalent coincidentally, also, the least notable.--Jemesouviens32 (talk) 20:45, 3 July 2010 (UTC)

To say he is the least notable is highly subjective. After all he had combat experience in Bosnia. With respect please can we all work together to improve and expand articles (as suggested on your user page) rather than deleting them? Dormskirk (talk) 20:51, 3 July 2010 (UTC)

Please could we now bring this debate to a conclusion: there is 1 vote in favour of deletion (yours) and 8 against. There is also a request (not from me) that you take a look at WP:BEFORE. The only reason why the debate has not been concluded is that you have so far chosen not to withdraw your nomination despite Wikipedia's democratic approach to these things. Johannes Maas and Worldwide Faith Missions

I came upon your involvement in the AfD discussion on a missionary by the name of Johannes Maas (see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Johannes Maas (missionary) and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Johannes Maas (missionary) (2nd nomination) for the discussion). I have nominated Worldwide Faith Missions, another article which was written by the same author as the Johannes Maas article, up for AfD.
