Speedy deletion nomination of Jcmohanty

This long article is supported by only three sources. All three are articles written by the subject of this article. They are not the necessary independent, third-party sources needed to establish Notability or allow Verification. In addition, the article's tone is neither encyclopedic nor Neutral. An example of very many, "Luckily for Mohanty there was no protest excepting few complaints by the close associates of the dreaded feudal criminal. On the contrary the clan gave a rousing farewell to Mohanty when he was transferred after about a year." This is quite some way from the required standard.
