Hello, Janngun Dungan, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Marina Kim, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{help me}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Marina Kim requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. - MrX 13:08, 8 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@MrX: To be sure, it's a misunderstanding. You must be joking. --Janngun Dungan (talk) 14:46, 8 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
No, I'm not joking. Why would you say that?- MrX 14:50, 8 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Because she hosts a show on Channel One (sic!) and has played main roles in a number of notable films. --Janngun Dungan (talk) 15:08, 8 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Can you provide some reliable sources for her main roles in notable films. If so, I would be happy to remove the CSD since she would pass WP:NACTOR.- MrX
The template {{Expand Russian}} means that the corresponding sources are available in the Russian article about this Russian Jamie Chung. It's easy to borrow them from ruwiki. Besides, the article offers a link to her profile on IMDb. --Janngun Dungan (talk) 17:19, 8 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sure you know that IMDB is not a reliable source. Do any of the sources in the Russian article support WP:NACTOR?- MrX 19:38, 8 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Do you mean that Vecherniy Bishkek is not a reliable source? Both Channel One (Russia) and its television show Good Morning are notable. Stop trolling! --Janngun Dungan (talk) 20:00, 8 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use File:Marina Kim.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Marina Kim.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. – Train2104 (t • c) 03:24, 16 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The article Muza Niyazova has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Pratama (surname), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Pratama (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 18:21, 14 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Janggun Dungan. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Prapimporn Karnchanda, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want Prapimporn Karnchanda to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.

If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.

Thanks,

Happy holidays! Babymissfortune 13:01, 27 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Babymissfortune: added. In addition, I can adduce the following source apropos of our Prapimporn:

What you find the girl of Jungla Jean? It is stupendous. Definitively it is beautiful. (Read more: Bloodmonkey (2007) Movie Script 00:20:35 --> 00:20:40)

Do you agree? Let's wish her Happy holidays, too. --Janggun Dungan (talk) 14:11, 27 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding this, I didn't delete the page because it was a BLP without sources; I deleted it because the proposed deletion had run its seven days with no objection (how on earth did you expect anyone here to know that you were objecting on the Thai Wikipedia?) and the article's subject doesn't (yet) meet WP:NACTOR. Your reference to "our Pim" on th.WP indicates that you may be a little too close to the subject to edit an article about her neutrally, and an unfounded accusation of vandalism may be construed as a personal attack. @Miniapolis: I see that you've taken the matter to the Miscellany for deletion. I've commented there. BTW, if I was close to our Pim, I would call her my Pim (on the analogy of my Linh). Hi, I reported the deletion after I checked the notability of people in Thai Wikipedia. It said the person must play in lead role more than one film and having enough references, you may ask Thai Wikipedia administrators for more clarification. Sources

[edit]

Hello, can you please add your sources to Vanquisher (2009 film)? Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 17:03, 6 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Boleyn: Hi! Is Amazon (company) a WP:reliable source? I've added the discription of the film at Amazon, but I don't know whether it's expedient. --Janggun Dungan (talk) 18:25, 6 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. If that's the source you used, it's worth adding. It isn't banned (see WP:Identifying reliable sources#Vendor and e-commerce sources) but it's not the highest-quality source, because they have a vested interest in making you want to buy the film. Thanks again, Boleyn (talk) 19:13, 6 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your explanation. The fact is I sometimes use Amazon for buying books, so that I know myself they don’t always provide precise descriptions. But there’re other (more exact) sources as well. --Janggun Dungan (talk) 20:04, 6 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Boleyn: As for "a vested interest," Miniapolis suspects me of it ("being paid to write about the subject"), too. I don’t know what makes him think so, but I’m far from advertising the film you’re asking about. I know that this movie is greeted with a storm of criticism: "Vanquisher is a complete waste of time, and anyone with a fondness for Thai action cinema would be well advised to skip it" (Review by Brian Orndorf); "Вывод: брак чистой воды" (English: Conclusion: outright spoilage) in KinoPoisk etc. The same can be said of Blood Monkey: "Odpad" (English: rubbish, garbage) in cs:Csfd.cz. But Prapimporn Karnchanda who played in the film is another matter. "What you find the girl of Jungla Jean? It is stupendous." --Janggun Dungan (talk) 21:59, 6 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Doomsdayer520: Thank you for your attention to the article about this exotic cutie. The only thing I know is the fact that she has been my favourite actress since I saw her in "Tatort." It's gorgeous! I would be glad to add something else, but I regret to say that further information is presently lacking on the Web. Were she a close friend of mine I would extend the article. Yet I suppose that a famous actress doesn't feel like contacting ordinary Wikipedians. So I can add nothing except an article on this Wonderwoman in Eastern Farsi. I'll write it when I have time. Currently she exists in 8 languages. This isn't enough, of course. --Janggun Dungan (talk) 13:39, 14 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Samantha Cerio

Hello Janggun Dungan,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Samantha Cerio for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source, probably infringing copyright.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Tatort: Die Kunst des Krieges moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Tatort: Die Kunst des Krieges, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. I'm sorry the article WP:DISAMBIG is too long. What should I do? To tell the truth, I've created the WP:dab merely because there is a People's Teacher whose surname is Tagaev, namely: Elmurod Togʻayev [uz]. In turn, Tagaev is a character in the film Die Kunst des Krieges where you can see our Asian cutie Puti Kaisar-Mihara. Hence it follows that there is consistently scientific association of ideas between our Indonesian girl and the honorary title "People's Teacher." And yet I'm now creating an important link [de] between our princess (Baso Minang(kabau): puti) and the Russian Academy of Justice. --Janggun Dungan (talk) 10:51, 3 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Andy Nguyen (disambiguation) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

After WP:Articles for deletion/Andy Nguyen, the first link was recreated as a redirect, so both links point to the same page and this dab page is no longer needed.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
