The reason left by DoubleGrazing was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: The sources cited don't come even close to satisfying WP:GNG, and there is nothing in the career details which would obviously meet WP:MUSICBIO either. Therefore, and on account of the multiple earlier declines, I can only conclude that no evidence of notability is available, and to prevent further reviewer time being expended on this draft I am now rejecting rather than merely declining this.

I have a few specific appeals for reconsideration, as it relates to Wikipedia:Notability (music)#cite ref-3 for Musicians and Ensembles.

Criteria 6 - "... is a musician who has been a reasonably prominent member of two or more independently notable ensembles..."

This can be demonstrated in at least four ways:

Echo in the Canyon (scroll down to 'Cast', and see Echo in the Canyon band)

Mother Superior (band) (see first Paragraph under History)

Dig (band) (scroll down to 'Past Members')

Devil Doll (American band) (see second paragraph)

Criteria 10 - "Has performed music for a work of media that is notable, such as a ... notable film,... "

This is evidenced by his work on the documentary film

Echo in the Canyon (scroll down to 'Cast', and see Echo in the Canyon band) All of these citations reference existing, approved Wikipedia articles.

Criteria 8 - "Has won or been nominated for a major music award, such as a Grammy, Juno, Mercury, Choice or Grammis award."

He played on all tracks on the Grammy Nominated album 'Somebody Save Me' see Sugaray Rayford (see first paragraph, last sentence); and by association he received a Grammy nomination for participation.

He is credited on that record via All Music, which is deemed a credible source https://www.allmusic.com/artist/matt-tecu-mn0000662646#credits
