Isn't High Street a teen drama so it should be teen drama on the infobox just like Senior High. And this is considered a mystery thriller like Senior High since it's a sequel. I don't know how mystery drama is the core genre. Core genre's should be on the main article and infobox should be able to add more genres based on how official sources describe the series. 103.105.214.212 (talk) 01:45, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Good question. They are going for a mature side of the storyline for the sequel to Senior High. Since it's taking place five years after Senior High, the main characters are no longer teenagers. So, it's no longer the case of having teen drama TV series. The thing is about core genres, elements from various genres are incorporated to the TV series, but it maintains the main genres. JRGuevarra (talk) 02:10, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Can't we just we add more genres on the infobox and the core genre will stick in the main article? A lot of tv series has a lot of genres but the main article is simplified like if you say mystery thriller post apocalyptic series. In the infobox it's Mystery thriller post-apocalyptic. but in the main article it just says post apocalyptic. That's American tv series article does it. 103.105.214.212 (talk) 02:25, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You may add it if there's elements that are very important, but it's going to confuse some Wikipedians on what the TV show is about. So, you need to be careful with that. JRGuevarra (talk) 02:58, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
If you want to put some more questions, I think you can do it through the Teahouse. They can help you out on those issues you're having. JRGuevarra (talk) 03:04, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
And also regarding iWantTFC? If people still don't know that it's a streaming service they can just click the link to know it's that simple no need to add that it's for streaming only label that's what the link is for in case you don't understand just click the link. It's not nessecessary to put a descrpition there. Viu and Netflix has no label. Just click the iwantfc link is the simplest way so please remove the description. 103.105.214.212 (talk) 03:48, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, done. JRGuevarra (talk) 04:05, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

iWantTFC on High Street

[edit]

Would you consider this an iWantTFC original because even though iwanttfc is the co distributor why High Street don't have a iWantTFC banner? Mostly it would be considered an Original once they have a credit on this series. It really doesn't make any sense. They replied me via messenger that it's ABS-CBN studios and dreamscape porduction. I don't get their contact support. 103.105.214.212 (talk) 08:16, 13 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm...it could possibly be that the information is dated for some reason, but that's my suspicion. ABS-CBN Studios was the main distributor of High Street until iWantTFC co-distributes it around last April. It's kinda weird they are co-distrubuting it. As for citing sources, I recommend you to have a long read on the WP:RELIABLE. If you want to ask questions about citing reliable sources you can hop on to the reliable sources noticeboard. High Street

[edit]

A genre is needed on Television series articles and that's the main or the core genre then the genres on the infobox you can add more since even not core genres can be added there which still depends on the what news sources describes the series. 122.55.235.121 (talk) 01:47, 10 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Reminder

[edit]

Hello. Just a reminder to refrain from changing the lead sections of articles related to ABS-CBN drama series. I am trying to keep it as consistent as the ones shown on the articles of shows on GMA Network (i.e. Black Rider, My Guardian Alien, All-Out Sundays, etc.) ScarletViolet (talkcontribs) 12:56, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@ScarletViolet Got it. Thanks for the reminder. JRGuevarra (talk) 13:24, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Making the series linking to Philippine television drama.

[edit]

When did this thing happen? The articles were just alright without this link and with the two main genres. Why change it right? 120.28.228.100 (talk) 23:59, 19 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You have to ask ScarletViolet about this. I think that user wanted to keep the articles as consistent as possible. JRGuevarra (talk) 01:44, 20 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks man. 122.55.235.122 (talk) 05:49, 20 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
