[edit]Greetings. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to Wikipedia:Sandbox, did not appear to be constructive and has been or will be reverted or removed. - The reason you received a warning notification is because you ignored the "Please leave this line alone" code on the Wikipedia Sandbox. Please be more careful in the future when you are editing pages. Primefac (talk) 19:21, 25 February 2016 (UTC)

Misplaced article
[edit]I noticed that you began to write an article at Wikipedia:Articles for creation. I have undone your edit there, because that page helps editors to organise the "articles for creation" backlog. It is not a good place to submit content for the encyclopedia. I suggest that you look at Wikipedia:Your first article and perhaps try again using the Article wizard. -- John of Reading (talk) 17:12, 4 May 2018 (UTC)

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Izunna Okafor requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ___CAPTAIN MEDUSAtalk 13:16, 22 February 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but it appears you have written or added to an article about yourself, at Izunna Okafor. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. –Ammarpad (talk) 18:44, 22 February 2019 (UTC)

[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

A tag has been placed on Izunna Okafor, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It appears to be a clear copyright infringement. (See section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. However, even if you use one of these processes to release copyrighted material to Wikipedia, it still needs to comply with the other policies and guidelines to be eligible for inclusion. If you would like any assistance with this, you can ask a question at the help desk.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The article National Light Newspaper has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Unsourced, fails WP:GNG due to that fact making all claims of notability unsourced. May also fail WP:NORG.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, National Light Newspaper (newspaper). First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – National Light Newspaper. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at National Light Newspaper. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Cabayi (talk) 14:21, 17 September 2019 (UTC)

- You seem to misunderstand what this project is: it's an encyclopaedia! Among the many things that it is not are (a) a social media platform and (b) LinkedIn; it is not a suitable place for you to write about yourself or otherwise blow your own trumpet. You've been very persistent in your attempts to do that, but please understand that if you carry on much with much more of the same, you are likely to be stopped. Please choose some other topic to write about. Thank you, Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 20:52, 19 November 2019 (UTC)
Contested deletion
[edit]This page should not be speedily deleted because... (I, the user intended to improve the page Izunna Okafor with more contents and references beyond what it previously was, and consequently have it listed in the https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Wikipedians_with_articles. I intended to make it meet with the standard of the articles contained in the above list.
However, if this was not the right way it should have been done, I apologetically plead that more experienced editors do a consummate and neutral review of the page, and treat it appropriately by either improving it, and/or rightly adding it to the https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Wikipedians_with_articles as was initially intended by the user, if it is adjudged notable and verifiable; rather than speedily deleting it entirely. Thank you) --Izunna Okafor (talk) 21:27, 19 November 2019 (UTC)
Image without license
[edit]Unspecified source/license for File:National Light.jpeg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:National Light.jpeg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}}
(to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Ofala Festival, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Igbo (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

I ought to have updated the article with more sources/references since last year, but I was blocked from editing Wikipedia,for sockpuppetry. And since then I have not been able to edit Wikipedia.
So I am currently worried and confused because I don't know how I can update/add more sources (as required) to the said article, as I can no longer edit Wikipedia. So, what do I do now? Izunna Okafor (talk) 23:25, 21 March 2020 (UTC)

National Light moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, National Light, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. —Nnadigoodluck🇳🇬 22:52, 21 March 2020 (UTC)
