[edit]Article name
[edit]There is an ongoing discussion about the placement of your very good draft article, although I've questioned why it is named "Quantum Psychology". Can you elaborate there why you chose that name? Please see Talk:Quantum Psychology#Requested move 12 January 2019. Thanks for the article and for adding more information to Wikipedia about such an interesting overall topic. Randy Kryn (talk) 12:03, 13 January 2019 (UTC)
Quantum Psychology
[edit]Hi Randy, thank you for your comments. The name was chosen for its generic nature as it encompasses many branches of psychology, perhaps there is a better general name? Currently psychology has many divisions so it is difficult to single out a specific branch that could hold this title, hence I chose to use Quantum Psychology term, that could evolve into something else, but for now it can serve. I am new to posting here and not sure how it works, so my apologies in advance if I am posting in a wrong section.Ivannaivama (talk) 18:12, 20 January 2019 (UTC)
- Hi, and good to "meet" you. An interesting page, you seem to have an avid interest in the topic, and your posting is fine. The requested move linked above is trying to change the primary from a book (Quantum Psychology) to your chosen name, but if the name isn't sourced, and you chose it, maybe the book title should retain primary. But the requested move page is evolving some ideas on how to keep your name as is while referring to the book somewhere in the first few sentences of the lede. I'll post there, and maybe you could as well, and see if that works. Thanks, and we'll see where this goes. Randy Kryn (talk) 04:44, 21 January 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Thank you Robert and Randy for your comments and updates. I am glad it has been published. Quick question, just checking to be sure: I can still keep editing it? The subject is evolving and new papers are coming up, so I may add or change few things. Thank you again for your input. Ivannaivama (talk) 20:24, 23 January 2019 (UTC)
Improvements
[edit]Thank you to all for commenting and helping to improve the article. It is a new field of study, so I hope the article would evolve. This project was part of my Master's study and I will continue researching it during my further study to keep it in line with emerging publications.Ivannaivama (talk) 09:44, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
The article Quantum psychology has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Original research via synthesis, as discussed on the talk page; "quantum psychology" does not appear to exist as an actual field of study. Refs are impressive at first glance, but do not support the existence of a science called "quantum psychology". At most this is a book title; if there were to be an article about a topic called "quantum psychology", it would require new text and new references.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. David Gerard (talk) 07:41, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
