[edit]Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Nabha Natesh. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Diff: [1] You did not adequately establish that the film "opened to positive reviews", and your further commentary that Shankar was one of the highest-grossing films of the year is absolute nonsense since (shocker) the world is a huge place and there is no possibility this film competed with Avengers: Endgame. Don't add unqualified, hyperbolic statements to the encyclopedia, please. If what you meant to say is that the film was one of the highest-grossing Indian films, (not likely) or one of the highest-grossing Telugu films (perhaps, depending on how wide of a net we're casting) then say that, provided you can back it up with references. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 00:53, 11 August 2019 (UTC)
Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did on Nabha Natesh. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Diff: [2] The source you added says nothing about the film receiving negative reviews, and we do not use hyperbolic, subjective language like "blockbuster", "super hit", "flop", "disaster", etc. This is a neutral encyclopedia, so we write in neutral language. If you don't know the difference, let me know and I'll have your editing privileges revoked. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 19:39, 11 August 2019 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Kurukshetra (2019 film). Panda619 (talk) 15:34, 14 August 2019 (UTC)
Arbitrary cast reordering
[edit]Please don't arbitrarily reorder cast as you did here. There is no clear rationale for this change, and since you didn't bother using an edit summary to explain why you did it, it seems completely pointless. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:53, 31 August 2019 (UTC)
- And this seems unconstructive. Why did you remove a reference and add a different one? Each reference has different budget estimates. Are you unilaterally deciding which figure is correct? Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:56, 31 August 2019 (UTC)
Please Stop editing accordingly to your fav’ism towards Kannada actors n Kannada films or Rashmika, In Sarileru Neekevvaru movie Vijayashanti has most screen space and a major role to play and Rashmika has very little to play. National award actress cannot be crossed by a new comer, seniority plays priority and I can give different sources how important she is to the film. You don’t know what’s happening in the sets. Please stop and hope you understand this. Harikkasagani (talk) 23:01, 9 September 2019 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for September 23
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited K.G.F: Chapter 1, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Yash (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 08:30, 23 September 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Tolly4bolly. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Rashmika Mandanna, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Tolly4bolly 02:10, 29 September 2019 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Ugramviram.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Ugramviram.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:49, 7 October 2019 (UTC)

Please stop making pointless edits
[edit]Hi, I don't know what you're trying to accomplish by continuously adding and then removing a space like you're doing at Telugu language, but please stop. This is disruptive and clogs up the article's edit history. Thank you! Kinetic37 (talk) 11:40, 9 October 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Kinetic37 (talk) 11:44, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
Sacnilk?
[edit]Sacnilk? What's Sacnilk? Why do we care what they think the gross of Kurukshetra is? And do we think it's more accurate simply because it's higher than the estimate from the other poor source that was being used? In a world where different sources are reporting different values, presenting the content in the form of a range, like "30–40 crore" is a better choice, but regardless, we should only be using established mainstream sources with established reputations for fact-checking and accuracy, not faceless blogs. See WP:ICTF#Guidelines on sources for some examples. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 19:42, 18 October 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Undiscussed move
[edit]I reverted your move of Agra to Agravan. It was undiscussed, unsourced, & broke numerous links. You say that the government had announced the change; you gave no source to support this, and in any case Wikipedia uses commonly-used names, rather than WP:official names. --David Biddulph (talk) 08:35, 19 November 2019 (UTC)

Inaccurate award summary
[edit]Why did you reinstate an inaccurate award and nomination table here? And why are you using another infobox, and why have you added duplicate {{Use Indian English}} and {{Use dmy dates}} templates? Please double-check your work so others don't have to clean up after you. If you want to add an image, you should learn how to format images properly, not use infoboxes when they don't need to be there. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 18:28, 16 January 2020 (UTC)
- Also, please don't add non-notable awards as you did in the same edit. The mere existence of an award doesn't mean that it should be included in the subject's encyclopedia article. There are tens of thousands of "award mills" out there who just want to make a buck from actors' promotional teams. It's a seedy business and must be avoided. Stick to mainstream, known awards. If the award doesn't have a longstanding article at Wikipedia, then you should avoid it. Thank you. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 18:32, 16 January 2020 (UTC)

You need to start using the edit summary field
[edit]Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
I noticed your recent edit to North East Delhi riots does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.
Edit summary content is visible in:
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! ~Anachronist (talk) 01:14, 2 March 2020 (UTC)
Posters

Silent reverts
[edit]These edits (along with other unrelated ones) are not helpful[3][4]. You should be using edit summaries to explain why you are reverting people, and once you have been reverted, you cannot restore the change you favour. You have to open a discussion and seek consensus for your version. This is a basic part of our Bold, Revert, Discuss (BRD) process. Your edits constitute edit-warring.
