An article you recently created, Sands of Silence: Waves of Courage, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Issue Indexing SOS: The San Onofre Syndrome

[edit]

Hello,

I’ve noticed an issue with the article "SOS: The San Onofre Syndrome". While the page information suggests that indexing is allowed, the HTML code includes ´noindex´ and ´nofollow´ tags. I think it is a contradiction. And this appears to be preventing the article from being index by Google. I’d appreciate if someone could confirm whether this is a technical error or an intentional restriction, and advice me how to resolve it.

Thank you very much for your help! Irenemoresa (talk) 11:05, 21 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Irenemoresa,
This isn't an administrative matter, per se, but I'm happy to explain now that I'm here. :)
The article SOS: The San Onofre Syndrome is new, and has not been reviewed by New Page Patrol (WP:NPP) yet. It will only become available for search engine indexing once it has been reviewed, or 90 days after publication, whichever comes first. Given that NPP has a massive backlog, somewhere in the region of 12K+ articles, it could be a while; please be patient.
I'm sure that wasn't quite what you wanted to hear, but I hope it nevertheless answers your question.
