Peruvian parliament recognized Khojaly Massacre in 2013
[edit]No one parliament's resolution with word "Khojaly"([1]) or "Xocalı" ([2]). Divot (talk) 11:58, 14 June 2014 (UTC)
Arizona
[edit]Arizona did not pass a resolution accepting khojaly as a genocide. http://voskanapat.info/?p=10541. Also, besides the Azeri sites, nothing pops up on the Arizona State Senate website. http://www.azleg.gov/ Ninetoyadome (talk) 21:34, 27 February 2015 (UTC)
Foreign Relations Committee of the Mexican Chamber of Deputies
[edit]"las que tuvieron lugar en el denominado Genocidio de Jodyalí" - this is not means "we recognize as Genocid", but just "so-called Khojaly Genocide". Divot (talk) 12:34, 27 March 2016 (UTC)
Primary sources
[edit]According WP:SCHOLARSHIP "Articles should rely on secondary sources whenever possible. For example, a review article, monograph, or textbook is better than a primary research paper. When relying on primary sources, extreme caution is advised: Wikipedians should never interpret the content of primary sources for themselves".
In Foreign Relations Committee of the Colombian House of Representatives we see just speech of HERNÁN PENAGOS GIRALDO Representante a Is Cámara Comisión de Relacionas Exteriores y Defensa Nacional, and "Que la proposición adjunta en ocho (8) folios, presentada por el 11.R. HERNÁN PENAGGS G1RALDO, ha sido aprobada por unanimidad por los miembros de la Comisión Segunda, en sesión del día martes 30 de julio de 2013" means "we agree with "proposición adjunta" (attached proposition), but not "we recognize as Genocid". It's interpret the content of primary sources by wikipedian editor. Divot (talk) 13:05, 27 March 2016 (UTC)
- Reverted. This article is about recognition of the Khojaly Massacre. Whether it is recognised as genocide or not is outside its scope. Parishan (talk) 18:57, 30 March 2016 (UTC)
"Position of [country]"
[edit]Article has section headings "Position of [country]", but then goes on to describe the actions of a single legislator or a small group of legislators. A single legislator, or a small group of them, have no authority to determine the official position of their country. That authority belongs to individuals such as the head of state, head of government, relevant government ministers, etc. So these headings have to change. SJK (talk) 01:30, 14 May 2016 (UTC)
