How do I create a second new article?

Having had my first article rejected, I have been trying to write a highly modified article covering the same subject, but from a very different viewpoint. Can I do this independently of the first article? If so, how do I do this? IanOverington (talk) 16:35, 17 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You can edit the article Hyperacuity (scientific term) you do not need to draft your changes, but you will need to provide reliable independent sources for any changes you make.
