I'm simply trying to provide the correct information on the page.ATR are first and foremost a Metalcore band, not a Heavy Metal band as others keep trying to correct.The band themselves have acknowledged this and its also obvious when you take the time to listen to their music. Look, no offense but do you even know who All That Remains even are?I'm guessing that you don't considering that you seem to not know that they are CLEARLY a Metalcore band.They have stated it themselves and if you took the time to listen to their music you would see it, also. A: Im not denying that they are, but in the lead we use a general term ie heavy metal as per the wikis manual of style. B: this is not a profession and Wikipedia is not a fanzine. C: As per the rules on Wikipedia... All content must be verifiable. The burden to demonstrate verifiability lies with the editor who adds or restores material, and is satisfied by providing an inline citation to a reliable source that directly supports the contribution. In this case that is you so the burden is yours.

All That Remains are 100% Metalcore

A 30 second Google search will tell you that ATR are Metalcore.Also simply listening to even one of their songs will tell you as such.Personal preference is not a factor.Its obvious. hi, just to let you know, Wikipedia is based off of reliable sources, meaning that any information needs to be backed up. Some sources do not call All That Remains a metalcore band, and none call their earliest albums metalcore. Because of this it makes more sense to not refer to them as a metalcore band, because it does not encompass all of the styles that they are sourced as playing.
