Flags in infoboxes
[edit]Hello, Please don't add little flags to infoboxes - this is strongly discouraged per MOS:INFOBOXFLAG. Thank you, Nick-D (talk) 10:22, 13 May 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Japan Air Self-Defense Force. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Thank you. Loafiewa (talk) 15:24, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use disruptive, inappropriate or hard-to-read formatting, as you did at Japan Air Self-Defence Force, you may be blocked from editing. There is a Wikipedia Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Loafiewa (talk) 03:12, 17 August 2022 (UTC)
On the topic of command leaderships
[edit]I apologise for reverting some of your changes to unified combatant commands. While the chief of staff and ambassadors (as in United States Southern Command) are mentioned in Template:Infobox military unit, too many senior leaders in one infobox leads to unnecessary clutter, risks of contravening WP:INFOBOXFLAG and when {{{1}}} is added, distortion of the infobox which looks poor on mobile devices.
Adding too many leaders besides the commander, deputy commander(s) and senior enlisted leader means there are more people to track. More people to track risks their information becoming outdated with personnel rotations every few months. For example, a new SOUTHCOM chief of staff will have fewer sources available proving their new assignment than a senior enlisted leader who has a more publicised change-of-responsibility ceremony. Thus, the old chief of staff's name could potentially remain on the infobox for several months, making it inaccurate. In these cases, the lighter the information, the better to prevent inaccuracies and not clog up updating when it needs to be done.
Thank you. SuperWIKI (talk) 07:06, 30 October 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use disruptive, inappropriate or hard-to-read formatting, as you did at Second Sino-Japanese War, you may be blocked from editing. There is a Wikipedia Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. As you have already been told multiple times now, do not add WP:EASTEREGG links to infoboxes. Loafiewa (talk) 13:30, 18 November 2022 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced or poorly sourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at KRISS Vector. Loafiewa (talk) 04:12, 23 November 2022 (UTC)

Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to FBI: International, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. — YoungForever(talk) 15:25, 7 March 2023 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. -- Alex_21 TALK 20:03, 8 March 2023 (UTC)

Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from NCIS: Hawaiʻi into List of NCIS: Hawaiʻi episodes. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 14:31, 15 March 2023 (UTC)
Images in section headings
[edit]Please do not add images to section heading like you did here in Republic of Korea Army. Adding images to section heading may cause MOS:ACCESSABILITY problems for users using screen readers or other similar applications to read the article as explained in MOS:HEAD and MOS:ACCIM. The images were previously removed yesterday (March 23) and with a clear edit summary explaining why. If you missed that edit summary or didn't understand it, then that's OK; just please don't re-add the images to section headings again. If you really feel that those images are encyclopedically relevant to readers of article, you may add them within the relevant sections (i.e. below the section heading syntax) instead. If you're not sure how to add images to articles, please take a look at Wikipedia:Extended image syntax for more details. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:16, 24 March 2023 (UTC)
Continued disruptive editing
[edit]So despite the fact that maybe half your edits have been reverted, you've been warned about not making unsourced edits and continue to spam flags and icons in infoboxes against MOS:FLAG, you continue with your edits in a manner that can only be considered deliberately disruptive at this point. You refuse to engage with the community on any talk page, despite the fact that communication is required as a condition of editing here. It seems you think that the rules and guidelines do not apply to you and you continue to deliberately ignore everything people are saying to you.
As a result I am issuing you with a block from editing due to your willful continued disruption and refusal to engage with the community. If you wish to regain your editing privileges you will need to make an unblock request and another admin will review it. In that unblock request you will need to explain why you have not engaged, promise to engage and also explain how you'll follow our MOS and our sourcing guidelines in the future.
Note to future admins. This block is to force communication and adherence to MOS and other policies. No objections to an unblock should the editor agree to follow these and communicate. Canterbury Tail talk 07:43, 7 April 2023 (UTC)
