[edit]Hello, I'm Mcmatter. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, IT service management, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Hi Mcmatter. Thank you for the message. I see that you removed the citation on IT service management. I have a question about why citation 12 in the article is allow to stay? In my opinion, either both should stay or neither should stay. Is it a matter of using the wrong page as a citation and should be using the homepage of the citation's website like https://www.bswi.com/ did, and not the Help Desk page of which the citation is about?
Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. [1] MrOllie (talk) 10:30, 30 July 2019 (UTC)
