Some of the points can be addressed prior to resubmitting however there would be disagreement on these fronts:
- InvestHK is a investment department (404 error) - InvestHK is a government department of the Hong Kong government. They engage in investment but ultimately they are a government department and should be perceived as such.
- SCMP writes Bizhan Tong, new executive producer at ATV, is bursting with content ideas as he turns the former terrestrial TV station into a studio this doesn't appear to satisfy WP:GNG - ATV, per the Wikipedia article (and national/international news) had shut down their content and drama department almost a decade ago following a scandal. Its reopening by the subject and conversion into a studio is notable.
- A YouTube video from Invest HK is entirely his own work. - The video was created by InvestHK and is not his own work.
- Variety writes, division is headed by Bizhan Tong, a Chinese-British former banker turned filmmaker (“The Escort”). He joined the company after directing “Lockdown,” a U.K.-Hong Kong co-venture film produced and co-financed by Tong’s Phoenix Waters Productions. The film touches upon the various events of 2020 within the structure of a thriller,” Tong told Variety.

- HKTDC writs, Explaining why he has recently relocated to Hong Kong, Bizhan Tong, the Founder and Chief Executive of Phoenix Waters, said:
- ScreenDaily: Thanks to Zoom, we were able to have cast and technical meetings all across the globe, with time differences as the only obstacle,” Tong said. - The specific comments lifted from these articles were not listed on the Wikipedia entry so would not have been trivial mentions. There are other aspects of those articles which are noteworthy.
