Your rollback request

Hi! I regret that I must inform you that your request for the rollback permission has been denied. You can discover why by checking the archives at Wikipedia:Requests for permissions/Denied/December 2008#hintss. SoxBot X (talk) 14:00, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

Be careful

[1] is my edit to my own talk page. Though if this guy gets any more annoying I'll start blanking him :D Thanks for the good faith revert though :) Merry Christmas MattieTK 00:52, 13 December 2008 (UTC)

Your edits

You need to be more careful with your edits. You have reverted me twice, once when I was leaving a vandalism warning to an ip, here and once I when I left another comment on the talk page of another user (here). Please take more care with your reversions. Thanks, ♥NiciVampireHeart00:55, 13 December 2008 (UTC)

Bot requests

Stop making duplicate bot requests of denied tasks, it is disruptive. BJTalk 02:39, 13 December 2008 (UTC)

turning numbers into numerical values

Please don't do this, especially for numbers one through ten. It goes against pretty much every known guide to English language writing style. I've reverted your edits. --Versageek 03:07, 13 December 2008 (UTC)

Corrections

A couple small things you might have overlooked:

  1. While fixing grammar is commendable in articles, it's actually requested that we not fix the spelling and grammar mistakes of others on pages in the "Talk" namespaces and on any other page where users leave signed commentary of some sort, most typically on Wikipedia: and Template: pages of various sorts. While content pages should be as close to perfect as possible, "fixing" someone else's comments is quite literally changing what they've said: While many users won't care, there's quite a few that will, so it's best practice to simply not do so.
  2. It's spelled "grammar" not "grammer", you may wish to fix your script. :) Kylu (talk) 03:16, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
I wasn't using a script, but a bot. I was watching the semi-automated edits. Must've overlooked that edit then.
