This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Thosi is essentially abweb page for the monument, and articles written that way are not suitable for WP. (them onument itself is probably notable, so the draft can be fixed)

1. Remove all material copied of closely paraphrased from elsewhere 2. Remove all jargon, puffery, and adjectives of praise 3. Remove the duplication with the artice on hill 70 4.Rewrite all material that's presently in the 2nd person. List the books, with a few words of neutral description, not praise

5. The "interpretation " section must have a third-party source or it cananot be included.
