[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Turkish invasion of Cyprus; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. --John B123 (talk) 23:26, 16 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked as a sockpuppet

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:Cypriot Chauvinist per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Cypriot Chauvinist. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.

Request reason:

I have already proven im not a sockpuppet, I recently (about a month ago) spoke with one of your administrators about the fact that we live in the same household and they had told me that as long as the account is not accessed by anyone blocked, I should be fine, they did warn me that this could happen, so please unblock me, thank you.

Decline reason:

You proved nothing at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Cypriot Chauvinist/Archive; you made a statement, and the response was, "They are acting toward the same goals, apparently editing from the same IP, and that's enough to call them related, whether they are sock or meat". --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 16:16, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
