Problem with coupon if total costs reduce to 0?

Hi Headbomb, I received an error message when trying to use the coupon. Here is what I did:

The book I made was User:EdgeNavidad/Books/First ten Tours. The uploading went without problems, the preview was what I expected. I selected my country (Netherlands), and kept the currency at USD. The costs of the book would be $12.01, the shipping costs $7.97, so total costs were $19.98. I selected the coupon, and the total costs reduced to $0.00, just as expected. I clicked 'proceed', filled my details, and then I had to choose a payment option. If I choose 'credit card', I see a summary of my information, all correct. If I then choose submit, an error screen shows up:

"Secure Payment Page

Sorry, there was an error in processing this transaction:

I then chose the Paypal method, but that immediately gave the error

500 – Internal Server Error
Something went horribly wrong. We have been informed about the failure and are working diligently to solve it.

The website had not asked yet for any information about credit card of paypal. I don't have any credit card or paypal, that is why I made the book such that the costs would be below $20,00. My uneducated guess would be that the website can not handle zero costs, is this correct? --EdgeNavidad (talk) 18:28, 31 May 2010 (UTC)

I'll investigate. Headbomb {talk / contribs / physics / books} 19:45, 31 May 2010 (UTC)
Coupon-only orders should be possible. We had a problem though, which should now be fixed. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and I apologize for the inconveniences! Jbeigel (talk) 08:42, 1 June 2010 (UTC)
Thank you, everything worked now! --EdgeNavidad (talk) 15:35, 1 June 2010 (UTC)

Pp-book-cover

Hi. I am from Wikipedia Thai. We use your template there for Books. If it has big change, please notify me somehow. --Octra Bond (talk) 08:46, 5 June 2010 (UTC)

Hi HB, I'm having a problem getting this to show (Wikipedia-BooksJimi Hendrix) in the Jimi Hendrix main article, as red writing appears saying something about the template. If possible, might you look into this and possibly fix it up, please. Thanks! Best, --Discographer (talk) 08:26, 6 June 2010 (UTC)

Oh, I see what I did wrong now. Thanks! Best, --Discographer (talk) 09:42, 6 June 2010 (UTC)

HB, I didn't think we could use italics and quotations in books! Can you respond to this, please? Thanks! Best, --Discographer (talk) 19:37, 8 June 2010 (UTC)

Well, it's more or less sort of discouraged. Until bug #704 is resolved, all markup is ignored. I.e. what happens is that instead of say Album, what you get is Album. The things that needs to be followed is that whatever markup need to be placed in the pipe (:Album, :"Song"), not around the link (:Album, :"Song"). Headbomb {talk / contribs / physics / books} 20:06, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
I see. I wonder if this will ever get resolved... Thanks HB, always of help you are! Best, --Discographer (talk) 20:16, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
I sent a list of "highly important bugs" to the devs last week. This was amongst them. So I hope that means it'll be resolved soon. Headbomb {talk / contribs / physics / books} 20:18, 8 June 2010 (UTC)

"Plenty of sources"?

Jennifer Mui has three sources for reception. Of those, "The Game Reviews" and the counterpart to it, "HardestLevel", aren't credible sources per WP:N. So that leaves the passing mentions on GamesRadar and GamesDaily.

No offense meant, but as it stands there was no prejudice against a merge with the AfD, and outside of tidbit reception information and a sentence of character development, it's a blow-by-blow of the games' plots. These don't need to be separate from a character list.--Kung Fu Man (talk) 02:11, 9 June 2010 (UTC)

Grab some glory, and a barnstar

Hi, I'd like to invite you to participate in the Guild of Copy Editors July 2010 Backlog Elimination Drive. In May, about 30 editors helped remove the copyedit tag from 1175 articles. The backlog is still over 7500 articles, and extends back to the beginning of 2008! We really need your help to reduce it. Copyediting just a couple articles can qualify you for a barnstar. Serious copyeditors can win prestigious and exclusive rewards. See the event page for more information. And thanks for your consideration. monosock 04:58, 12 June 2010 (UTC)

You are now a Reviewer

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.

When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Karanacs (talk) 17:09, 15 June 2010 (UTC)

Book:Stanley Cup Finals

I've created an article Stanley Cup Finals on the topic of the book. This article is the result of discussions to merge the List of Stanley Cup champions and List of Stanley Cup appearances. That merge has passed consensus, but has not yet been implemented. I suggest adding the article Stanley Cup Finals after the Stanley Cup article in the table of contents, before the List of Champions. ʘ alaney2k ʘ (talk) 15:21, 22 June 2010 (UTC)

Feel free to edit the book. Headbomb {talk / contribs / physics / books} 15:23, 22 June 2010 (UTC)

Beyoncé

Hi HB, I need your help on this. I was trying to create a book on Beyoncé Knowles when I suddenly came upon (in typing the book title, that is) a situation that would not allow me to type a certain letter as it appears only by clicking on ["Special characters"] - ["Latin"] which only can appear in edit-mode form. In other words, when I typed this, it was like this: Beyonc STOP. I was unable to get the Latin accent mark over the e (which is é) in her first name, as their is nothing on my computer keyboard with such characteristics.. All because of this issue, I was unable to craete what could be a pretty nice book. Please have a look into this, and get back to me, if you would. Thanks! Best, --Discographer (talk) 20:20, 29 June 2010 (UTC)

Unsure what exactly is the problem. Alt+130 will type that letter on US keyboards, if that is what you are using (you could also copy-paste it). Headbomb {talk / contribs / physics / books} 22:50, 29 June 2010 (UTC)
Thanks. Also, concerning Italics, does that mean we should change all the albums to italics in the other books too? Best, --Discographer (talk) 19:08, 30 June 2010 (UTC)
Ideally, albums should be italicized and songs within quotes yes. Headbomb {talk / contribs / physics / books} 19:23, 30 June 2010 (UTC)
Thank you HB! I will follow the lead you set with Book:Prince, as I now understand about the way quotes and italics should be, per your standardising. Best, --Discographer (talk) 21:04, 30 June 2010 (UTC)
