Some advice

I see that your attempts to get an article about yourself are getting nowhere, but you are not giving up. I will offer you a few pieces of advice, which may be helpful to you.

There is absolutely no chance at all of any article being accepted, no matter how it is written, if it does not give any references. References are needed for two reasons. Firstly, we need references so that it is possible to verify the information; we can't accept statements just because someone who has chosen to create a Wikipedia account says so, because unfortunately many people create accounts and post stuff which just isn't true. Secondly, Wikipedia does not seek to have articles about everything, but only about subjects which satisfy Wikipedia's notability guidelines, and references are needed in order to show that the subject of an article does satisfy them. Unfortunately citing suitable references can be confusing for a new editor, but you should look at the notability guidelines, the guide to reliable sources, and Help:Referencing for beginners. In my opinion Wikipedia has far too many policies and guidelines, and most of them are much longer and more complicated than they need to be, making it difficult and confusing for new editors, but I'm afraid that's how it is. I don't suggest trying to read and learn every word of them, but do at least have a look at them and pick up the general ideas.
I don't know whether you do satisfy the notability guidelines, but if you don't, and you put more work into trying to get the draft accepted, then you will just be wasting your time and effort, as it won't be accepted. Therefore first check those guidelines, and determine whether you do satisfy them, and if the answer is "no" then you will be much better off giving up on trying to get a Wikipedia article about yourself, as it will, as I said, just be a waste of your time.
I see that at least once you have resubmitted a declined draft without making any changes at all to address the reasons for the decline. Don't do that. It is extremely unlikely to work, and it is likely to be seen as just wasting reviewers' time.
Creating a new article is actually one of the hardest tasks on Wikipedia. My advice to new editors is that it is best to start by making small improvements to existing articles, rather than creating new articles. That way any mistakes you make will be small ones, and you won't have the discouraging experience of repeatedly seeing hours of work deleted. Gradually, you will get to learn how Wikipedia works, and after a while you will know enough about what is acceptable to be able to write whole new articles without fear that they will be deleted. Over the years I have found that editors who start by making small changes to existing articles and work up from there have a far better chance of having a successful time here than those who jump right into creating new articles from the start. Obviously that advice is unlikely to appeal to you if you have no interest in contributing except for using Wikipedia to publicise yourself, but in that case Wikipedia probably isn't the right place to do it anyway.
