Speedy deletion nomination of Dynamic steady state universe theory

[edit]

Hello Harryflatters,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Dynamic steady state universe theory for deletion, because it appears to duplicate an existing Wikipedia article, [[:{{{article}}}]].

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, Bensci54 (talk) 01:32, 10 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion of "Dynamic steady state universe"

[edit]

It's alright that you have problems with the Big Bang theory, but Wikipedia is not to place to voice them, so long as your concerns constitute original research. If the theory you discussed truly is different than Steady State theory, you did not make that fact clear enough in the article to save it from deletion. If you have reliable sources to back up your claims, feel free to re-write your article, making sure to cite your sources, and highlighing what makes this particular cosmological theory unique. Please don't just copy and paste your old article, though. It will just get deleted again. Bensci54 (talk) 22:42, 10 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • im only here because i thought the theory may deserve a mention
its not my theory.i came across it and it seems to answer many of my own problems with big bang.
im not qualified to decide its merit i just thought it deserved consideration, as lots of trivia :is found on wiki
ive never used a format like this before and struggled to navigate through editing.
what i wrote was incomplete, poorly edted and poorly referenced just a very rough summary of my :understanding. it needed tidying up.
i was only really asking for a page to be created or a reference made somewhere.
it is also found as "cellular universe model".
it may have big flaws i dont know, i tried to write impartially.
the theory seems to answer my questions it may answer other peoples, all the theories seem to have :flaws in them.
this theory seems to be out there, i found it, i thought others might want to.
it seems i dont understand how wiki works and i wasted my time.
its certainly not a duplicate of "steady state".the reason given for deleting
regards shaun

Concerning your article in sandbox

[edit]

I've fixed the references, so the only thing left is adding the image. You can upload it using "Upload a file" in toolbox on the left. It is very important that you have the rights to upload the image. You may have to ask for permission from the site you got it from. If it was uploaded under the creative commons licence you do not have to ask permission. If you cannot get the permissions I think that the article is ok without it. — Ross coolguyCVU| My Talk 00:05, 13 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I would also suggest changing the name from "Dynamic Steady State Universe Theory" to "Dynamic Universe Model" because:
1.People will not think it is the same thing as Steady State Universe Theory
2. It may be the more common name for it. http://vaksdynamicuniversemodel.blogspot.ca But i'm not sure if these are the same thing. Thanks — Ross coolguyCVU| My Talk 00:10, 13 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Dynamic...

[edit]

I didn't mean to say change the name of the theory, I just thought they were the same thing. No problem, it was a pleasure! — Ross coolguyCVU| My Talk 02:51, 13 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Almost done!

[edit]

It seems you are almost ready to make it an article! It seems the image was removed though. Do you plan to make a diagram or do you want to upload it without an image? Sorry about that guy on my talk page btw. — Ross coolguyCVU| My Talk 15:38, 13 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
