Would you review
Would you review your edits of Anna Wilding (director) which are excessive and in several places clearly wrong. "Citation required" is for use where there is a genuine need for an extra citation and should not be added on every sentence - particularly when there is a reference that refers to that particular sentence. Thank you. Victuallers (talk) 09:35, 5 October 2020 (UTC)
- Hi User:Victuallers, I think your comments here are unfair as I have used them in line with WP:CITENEED. Many of the references do not back up the claims in the article. However I will search for reliable references this afternoon, and remove the material that couldn't be referenced along with the "citation needed" tags". -- haminoon (talk) 19:50, 5 October 2020 (UTC)
Whangārei Pronunciation
Hi Haminoon In a recent edit you removed the incorrect pronunciation of Whangārei. Your reason was that noöne ever says 'Wongeray' any more. Not true! I hear locals call it 'Wongeray' quite often and it grates every time. I didn't revert the edit because I always say 'Whangārei' and always tell my guests (I run a Motel) that is how you say it. You may wish to add a comment mentioning the mis-pronunciation. Best Wishes Tel OrewaTel (talk) 02:33, 20 October 2020 (UTC)
- Ah yes, we would probably need a reliable reference for that. -- haminoon (talk) 03:01, 20 October 2020 (UTC)
