Bohm

[edit]

Hi! I noticed you edited Rudolf Böhm, which appears to carry details recently added on hu.wiki. It seems hu.wiki relies of a Pest Hirlap obituary from 1933, do know if it is available online? Soman (talk) 14:05, 15 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The article I had used for creating the stub only described him as German, but seemingly his nationality would be more complex. --Soman (talk) 14:08, 15 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have sent you a note about a page you started

[edit]

Hi HameshJimmy. Thank you for your work on Hadid (aviation services company). Another editor, Klbrain, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:

Thank you for creating this company page, with a chronological history compiled from several independent reliable sources. Regarding the title, sentence case is used, unless the company name is an initialism, and even if the company styles its name using capitals. I've kept the capital form in the text, but there's an argument for changing that too. Adding the official website would be helpful, but I haven't done so as the site seems to be down currently (so I haven't been able to check it).

To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Klbrain}}. (Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you translated text from nl:Ben Sluijs to Ben Sluijs. While you are welcome to translate Wikipedia content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing requires that you provide attribution to the contributor(s) of the original article. When translating from a foreign-language Wikipedia article, this is supplied at a minimum in an edit summary on the page where you add translated content, identifying it as a translation and linking it to the source page. For example:

Content in this edit is translated from the existing French Wikipedia article at [[:fr:Exact name of French article]]; see its history for attribution.

It is good practice, especially if translation is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{translated page}} template on the talk page of the destination article. If you have added translated content previously which was not attributed at the time it was added, you must add attribution retrospectively, even if it was a long time ago. You can read more about author attribution and the reasons for it at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. Mach61 22:15, 15 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
