Speedy deletion nomination of File:Julian Morris headshot.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:Julian Morris headshot.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Uploading images

You cannot upload images you find on the web and state they are licensed under a creative commons license when the copyright holder has made no such release. This is a copyright violation.
