This appears to be a duplicate of another submission, The Drilling Company, which is also waiting to be reviewed. To save time we will consider the other submission and not this one.

The comment the reviewer left was:

A draft already exists in draft space, and the author is a major contributor to the draft. Please do not submit multiple drafts on the same topic. If necessary, edit the version in draft space, and submit the version in draft space.

The AFC reviewers normally move articles from user space into draft space during the review process. The reviewers don't normally work with two copies of the same draft.
