The article Tim Carmody has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. Disambiguation link notification for August 7
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited LGBT rights in Queensland, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Michael Hart (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:19, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
Template:Oceania topic
[edit]Hi, I noticed that you recently made some changes in Template:Oceania topic. Unfortunately, that caused some problems elsewhere. I have already fixed the incorrect link to "Victoria" as it was supposed to go to "Victoria (Australia)". But I fail to solve the problems caused in Template:Football in Oceania and I hope you are willing and able to solve the problems. The problems are links to: Football in New South Wales, Football in Queensland, Football in South Australia, Football in Tasmania, Football in Victoria, Football in Western Australia.
Thanks in advance. The Banner talk 09:59, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks for your help. Assuming this template is for association football, the correct links would be Soccer in the Australian Capital Territory, Soccer in Queensland, Soccer in South Australia, Soccer in Tasmania, Soccer in Victoria, Soccer in Western Australia - not sure how to integrate that into the table syntax though? Goldcactus (talk) 11:17, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
- And that is exactly what I am asking you to solve... The Banner talk 22:23, 20 September 2016 (UTC)

Goldcactus, I notice that you created this nomination template, but you never finished the nomination process by doing step 3 on the nominations page: Post at Template talk:Did you know.
If you are still interested in pursuing this nomination, please transclude it on the Nominations page under September 3. If you need help doing so, let me know—it is not too late to pursue this nomination. If you are no longer interested, please let me know, and I'll arrange to close the nomination. Thank you very much for your interesting in Did you know (DYK). BlueMoonset (talk) 21:52, 11 October 2019 (UTC)
- Thank you, if you could transclude it that would be great. Goldcactus (talk) 02:39, 12 October 2019 (UTC)

DYK for Mai Khôi
[edit]On 25 October 2019, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Mai Khôi, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Mai Khôi (pictured), an outspoken singer and political dissident known as the "Lady Gaga of Vietnam", won the 2018 Václav Havel Prize for Creative Dissent? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Mai Khôi. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Mai Khôi), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

[edit]Ways to improve Censorship of LGBT issues
[edit]Hello, Goldcactus,
Thank you for creating Censorship of LGBT issues.
I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:
Consider defining terms used here and focusing the article by expanding the various sections. Mentioning a country and having less than a full sentence about or without developing the claims that are being made, including the history, makes this article a list of claims without enough explanation to substantiate it.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|FULBERT}}
. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~
. For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.
Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Firm (disambiguation)
[edit]Hi Goldcactus, I removed your entry on Firm (disambiguation) because 'The Firm' is not mentioned on either of the pages that you linked, and I couldn't find any other article that mentions it in that context. Leschnei (talk) 14:07, 11 January 2020 (UTC)
