Actually, I (and other users) just tag articles for possible deletion; an administrator reviews the article and does the actual deletion if it falls under the criteria for speedy deletion. It's nothing personal against you or the article's subject; it's just that the article did not establish that SWIMM is a notable-enough band for an article. If you would like to repost the article, with additional citations demonstrating their notability, that would be fine. Trivialist (talk) 19:03, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
