Your draft was rejected because it gives no source to confirm what it says. The Wikipedia:Verifiability policy says that: "any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be attributed to a reliable, published source." See also Wikipedia:Notability and Wikipedia is not for things made up one day. The links in the Welcome message above will tell you more about Wikipedia.
