Question
[edit]Hello. What do you mean when you say "use a line or dash line to express the parenthesis"? I don't understand why you put a "--" before a parenthesis in this edit. Regards pmt7ar (talk) 04:25, 3 April 2012 (UTC)
Wikipedia Help Survey
[edit]Hi there, my name's Peter Coombe and I'm a Wikimedia Community Fellow working on a project to improve Wikipedia's help system. At the moment I'm trying to learn more about how people use and find the current help pages. If you could help by filling out this brief survey about your experiences, I'd be very grateful. It should take less than 10 minutes, and your responses will not be tied to your username in any way.
Thank you for your time,

Tacloban climate
[edit]You have updated climate figures. However now the numbers in the text don't agree with the table. I can edit it, but I prefer you do it. I think primary values should be metric, with imperial/US in brackets,

OK I'm doing it, but I've hit a couple of snags:
- Your figures are in whole numbers and the text uses decimals. I suppose I could go to the raw data if I have to.
- Text talks of average temperatures, but doesn't split into nighttime and daytime. I suppose it would be valid just to use daytime (high) for average.
BTW what is your interpretation of the difference between 'precipitation' and 'rainfall'? And I think I'll leave that in integer mm
