Drew Doughty
[edit]Hello,
While we appreciate your enthusiasm to contribute to Wikipedia, it would be appreciated if you waited until the end of the 2017-18 season to add stats. There is no reason to add a 2017-18 section when the season isn't over so it is best to leave it blank. However, feel free to contribute in other ways, such as by adding if Doughty gets a hat trick or reaches milestones throughout the season to his bio.
Thank you,
HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 06:48, 14 December 2017 (UTC)
Editing
[edit]There is a general consensus that the 2017-18 section is left blank until that teams season ends. It would be appreciated if you just left it blank. I know I am not the only editor to tell you this.
Thank you,

Stats
[edit]Hello,
As per WP:HOCKEY we do not update stats tables mid season as you continue to do. Please be courteous to other editors.
Thank you,

Disambiguation link notification for January 17
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited James Gibbons (rugby union), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page London Scottish (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:57, 17 January 2018 (UTC)

Infobox Positions
[edit]Hi, Gilly1986. Just thought I'd let you know that the positions in association football clubs infoboxes are for past/completed seasons only, not in progress seasons. See the club manual of style at Wikipedia:WikiProject Football for more info. R96Skinner (talk) 20:08, 2 May 2018 (UTC)
- No problem. Feel free to do those edits when the seasons end, they are the type of edits that are certainly needed - I always see infobox league positions out of date, especially in the 'lesser known' leagues. R96Skinner (talk) 00:32, 3 May 2018 (UTC)
ArbCom 2018 election voter message
[edit]Hello, Gilly1986. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)
