I ran a copyright violation software program and found many phrases taken verbatim from:

Hey David!
Thank you so much for your help! Did you use a free software? If yes, could you tell me the name? Otherwise is there an option you could tell me which phrases are too similar or send me marked file or something?
Thank you in advance! Gianna

- you might want to check the drafts again as they were re-created by Gianna at Draft:Personal initiative and Draft:Personal Initiative. GiannaHenkel, please don't follow the journal structure for the format of this article, and please rewrite this topic in your own words and use other broader sources. See WP:CLOP.You can write a much simpler article like the Proactivity article. If the concept is essentially the same as proactivity, I suggest you just edit that article with the content. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 17:59, 29 January 2019 (UTC)
Hey AngusWOOF, the problem is: thee submission i drafted was written by me and the author of the original articles of personals initiative. As he and a few other researchers at his department are the only researchers in this field it is kind of difficult to find broader sources on that topic.. And i don't really know it it makes sense to change the structure since there is a reason for it.
We should think about you're suggestion to edit the proactivity article - would you just add a subchapter about personal initiative in that case? And wouldn't we have a similar problem with the copyright anyways?
Thank you!
