- HI Liance,
- Thank you for taking the time to review my article on Bitzino. I will try to identify the WP:THREE for you in next two weeks. Unfortunately, I'm quite busy at work these days; So identifying, or adding such sources, on such a niche and relatively underground topic may take a little more time than I have in the short term.
- Again, thank you for your patience. This is my first shot at writing a wiki, so I may need a bit of hand holding to get me through the process.
- Cheers,

Hi Liance, Thank you for your help reviewing my draft Bitzino article, and for letting me know that Forbes contributor articles are not acceptable.
Here are three other quality sources. 1. Farivar, Cyrus (2013-01-23). "Bitcoin-based casino rakes in more than $500,000 profit in six months". Ars Technica. Retrieved 2024-06-18. 2. "Bitcoin casino on track to earn nearly one million per year". Digital Trends. 2013-01-23. Retrieved 2024-06-18. 3. "The Weird and Wonderful History of Bitcoin Casinos". 8 August 2023.
Bitzino is also refrenced in several academic journals and in a PwC thought leadership piece. Hope this helps with your review. Thanks, gerry Gerrybo80
Provably Fair moved to draftspace
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to Provably Fair. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources and it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. BoyTheKingCanDance (talk) 10:06, 22 July 2024 (UTC)
Your submission at Articles for creation: Bitzino (August 4)
[edit]August 2024
[edit]Hello Gerrybo80. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Draft:Bitzino, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being employed (or being compensated in any way) by a person, group, company or organization to promote their interests. Paid advocacy on Wikipedia must be disclosed even if you have not specifically been asked to edit Wikipedia. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Gerrybo80. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Gerrybo80|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. C F A 💬 18:35, 4 August 2024 (UTC)
- Hi CFA,
- I am neither being paid nor compensated in any way, directly or indirectly, for this or any article I have drafted or edited. I am not associated with Bitzino, the Provably Fair Foundation, Kunming City, Qingdao City, or Dianchi Lake.
- Additionally, I cannot use Bitzino as Bitcoin and gambling are illegal in China; I live in Kunming City. I learned about Bitzino from a close friend who is also active on Wikipedia and is pursuing a PhD in applied cryptography. He suggested I draft articles about Bitzino and provably fair cryptographic topics because they are not well represented on Wikipedia. They are also not related to Bitzino in any way.
- I hope this clarifies my position.
- Thank you. Gerrybo80 (talk) 01:01, 5 August 2024 (UTC)
