The links don't point to the information you quote in the sandbox. If you indeed found the info in 2010 issues of the Parks & Recreation magazine, you should provide a fuller citation including the article titles and page numbers.

The NPRA website doesn't have issues of Parks & Recreation from 2010 on its website, but you can find them in the library catalog, which is what you should be using in the first place. Josef Horáček (talk) 00:31, 21 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The Lead

Your lead is excellent. Replace the semicolon in the last sentence of your lead with a comma. Once you post the lead, you should break up the rest of the article into sections.
