[edit]Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Jiddu Krishnamurti may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

[edit]Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to Krishnamurti Foundation because they seemed inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. [edit]Please stop. If you continue to add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did at Sherri Tenpenny, you may be blocked from editing. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. I made this message a warning because you'd been previously told about adding an external link to that same site. Schazjmd (talk) 23:48, 15 January 2023 (UTC)
- Explain! What's inappropriate about it? She was an affiliate (saleswoman) selling "energized" sugar water called BX Protocol. That's a fact. Look here for details and it's well formatted. Search for her name. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1S-VrgwBnfOK5CFfq8wcTysC7nBpOcHsS/view
- So explain to me how this fact is inappropriate? It's 100% related. The link I posted is to an excerpt from this report which is about her and her fake claims.
- It's also appropriate to show how she claimed to be a Knight of Malta but that was a fake claim. The real Knights of Malta which is prestigious Catholic order confirmed that they have never heard of her. That's also well-documented.
- So what was inappropriate about posting the link? Ganjavi888 (talk) 23:53, 15 January 2023 (UTC)
- Please read WP:ELNO. A link to a blog post is not an acceptable external link. Schazjmd (talk) 23:59, 15 January 2023 (UTC)
- Fair enough though I don't consider my article a "blog" - a blog is regularly updates. My piece is an article and my page is not a blog.
- Aside from that --
- 1) I suppose linking to this will be alright right? It's a research report with over 500 references.
- 2) Is it ok to just put that link as external link? Or does it have to be added to a biography section?
- 3) How to add a section to the biography section? I see there's a section on corona conspiracies but this BX Protocol has to be a new section.
- Many thanks Ganjavi888 (talk) 00:05, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
- Anybody can create a document and host it on the web. Sources (especially for BLPs), need to be published by reliable sources. Rezamusic.com is not a reliable source. Please read WP:BLPRS. You might also go to WP:RS and learn more about what Wikipedia considers to be reliable sources. Schazjmd (talk) 00:15, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
- Also, you say it's your article that you linked to, so you'd better also read the policy on original research. Schazjmd (talk) 00:17, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
- The article is an excerpt from a 180 page research document which is as reliable as it gets about this topic -- with 500+ references. I understand your policy re: BLPs and agree with you. But just wanted to clarify that the article I mentioned is an excerpt of a larger work. Ganjavi888 (talk) 00:33, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
- Who authored the research document? Is it published anywhere? Schazjmd (talk) 00:41, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
- See my next question with the link and also about RationalWiki. Thanks Ganjavi888 (talk) 00:47, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
- Who are you by the way? Are you a paid employee of Wikepedia? Just curious. Ganjavi888 (talk) 00:47, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
- Just one of the many volunteer editors on Wikipedia, just like you. I've been doing this for quite awhile though, so I've learned about the policies and guidelines that govern how Wikipedia operates and I'm trying to point you to the most relevant resources for the current issue with your edits. - Also, if you want to add content to a biography of a living person, be sure to read WP:BLPRS first. Schazjmd (talk) 00:00, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
- By the way, is Rationalwiki link allowed? Point is, Sherri Tenpenny was involved in sellign a scam product that the FDA criminal investigations department shut down. This is an important part of her biography. It's documented in my 180 page report https://drive.google.com/file/d/1S-VrgwBnfOK5CFfq8wcTysC7nBpOcHsS/view and on RationalWiki. How can I add this info to her Wikepedia? Thanks for your feedback. Ganjavi888 (talk) 00:42, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
- No wiki (or any other user-generated content, such as a forum) is a reliable source. If you're able to get a journal article published (in a reputable journal) or a book (by a reputable publisher) or an article published by reliable media, it might be a useful source for the article. Schazjmd (talk) 00:47, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
- I'm going away from the computer so if you ask something it may take a while to get back to you. Cheers. Ganjavi888 (talk) 00:49, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
- I'm logging off for the night soon myself. I'll check back here tomorrow if you want to continue the conversation. Schazjmd (talk) 00:50, 16 January 2023 (UTC)

[edit]You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. - What are you talking about? There was no "SPAM" if you even know what that means. I posted absolutely legitimate, related content. What's the problem? Ganjavi888 (talk) 11:52, 23 April 2023 (UTC)
- You know very well what I'm talking about - add your site once more and your account will be blocked and/or the link will be blacklisted. MrOllie (talk) 11:57, 23 April 2023 (UTC)
- No I do not know what you're talking about. I have an article about investor activism and founders' syndrome. I'm not into mind-reading business. So tell me what is the basis of your aggressive threats that so far have not stated any substantial assertion except that I should be able to read your mind. Ganjavi888 (talk) 12:01, 23 April 2023 (UTC)
- You and I had a similar conversation (above) in January. Let's be clear: rezamusic.com is not a reliable source for Wikipedia's purposes. Do not add refs to rezamusic.com to any more articles. Schazjmd (talk) 13:46, 23 April 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Schazjmd - thanks for the note - I do recall that - about original research. I have no issue with that assessment but your colleague calling it SPAM is unfair but it's a moot point, referring to our previous conversation.
- What would be helpful is if you guys point me to a policy page on Wikipedia on what constitutes a reliable source. I do have the link to the original research you cited -- but is there a page that clearly defines what is a reliable source that can be linked on Wiki? Thanks in advance. Ganjavi888 (talk) 13:55, 23 April 2023 (UTC)
- Please see WP:RS. You might also find WP:RSPS useful, as you can see a selection of sources that have been determined to be reliable and non-reliable. Schazjmd (talk) 14:02, 23 April 2023 (UTC)
