Speedy deletion nomination of Comwave

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Comwave requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Me-123567-Me (talk) 13:04, 1 July 2012 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:BillWilliamsGameDesigner.PNG)

Thanks for uploading File:BillWilliamsGameDesigner.PNG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:43, 6 July 2012 (UTC)

That's a good article. But since it's a movie, the article should talk about the movie first and not about the game. Well, I'm off for now. Keep it up. o/ --Hydao (talk) 02:16, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

Delhi, Ontario

I'm really curious as to why you think purported global warming scenarios are relevant to an article on Delhi, Ontario.Knoper (talk) 02:06, 21 July 2012 (UTC)

I thought that the global warming scenarios would show how safe Delhi, Ontario is compared to the rest of North America. However, I've decided to narrow my scenarios on the effect that global climate change will have on the area. GVnayR (talk) 03:55, 21 July 2012 (UTC)

The article Coca-Cola ban in Bolivia has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Wikipedia is not a newspaper WP:NOT#JOURNALISM

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Mr. Vernon (talk) 23:46, 4 August 2012 (UTC)

Nomination of Coca-Cola ban in Bolivia for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Coca-Cola ban in Bolivia is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Coca-Cola ban in Bolivia until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Mr. Vernon (talk) 02:55, 5 August 2012 (UTC)

Racket Attack screenshot

Good gravy, man! The animated GIF on this page appears to have serious timing issues. It doesn't appear to adequately show the gameplay speed. Perhaps a static PNG screenshot would be advisable.... --Jtalledo (talk) 15:57, 8 August 2012 (UTC)

 • I happen to like animated GIF images to describe video games. Static images just don't do justice sometimes. Excuse me if I'm stuck in the 90s (when animated GIF files were the dominant images on the Internet) but I believe that animated images do have a place on Wikipedia (even if tablets can't support them properly). GVnayR (talk) 16:01, 8 August 2012 (UTC)
I agree, but is there a better one available? The timing's off on this one (it doesn't work right on Firefox) and it seems to be incredibly choppy. --Jtalledo (talk) 16:04, 8 August 2012 (UTC)
I found the animated GIF of a Japanese website and it seemed to be the only site to get animated GIF images for this game. Maybe the person recording this image was using an old (and laggy) NES emulator to record the animation. GVnayR (talk) 16:06, 8 August 2012 (UTC)
gvnayr, why don't you create a GIF image by yourself? erm, stop "stealing" stuff from other sites, "create" something by yourself. install camtasia or whatever and you can create vg-GIF images like there's no tomorrow.--Hydao (talk) 16:07, 8 August 2012 (UTC)
I simply don't have time to create images by myself. Outside of Wikipedia, I like to play my PlayStation 3, play some AssaultCube, watch professional wrestling, and watch a little bit of NASCAR on the side. GVnayR (talk) 16:10, 8 August 2012 (UTC)
Sweet! Sounds like fun... Maybe throw in some Cube 2: Sauerbraten in there too! --Jtalledo (talk) 16:13, 8 August 2012 (UTC)
gvnayr, I don't care what you do outside of Wikipedia...... -_-" Don't get me wrong but most of the time your edits annoys me, but you already know that, right? that's a wonderful life: eat, sleep, play games, edit wikipedia, REPEAT. :>--Hydao (talk) 16:17, 8 August 2012 (UTC)

VG articles

I swear... from now on, if/when you create a new VG article, I will simply redirect it. With so many extremely shitty pages (Mystery Circle was a sad example) created by you, you still insist on not truly improving them and creating new shitty articles. Enough. Go back to school, creature... I feel ashamed of you, you are an embarrassment. 95% of the time, if I want to read about a specific retro game, I go to MobyGames or GameFAQs or other decent sites like Video Game Den or so, not Wikipedia obviously. Why? Because of editors like you who make this place full of crap. full of LIES. if you can't write a decent article, why you insist? -__- thank god there are editors like Jtalledo, Jonny2x4, etc. shame on you copycat. --Hydao (talk) 04:40, 10 August 2012 (UTC)

Good-Bye

Nice try, but your "excuses" are NOT convincing. You are an IRRESPONSIBLE editor, enough said. THIS IS NOT LIFE!!!!!!! My patience has run out. Wikipedia is not a fuck*ng TOY. I repeat, if you want to write about games create your own blog GVnayR Video Game Kingdom. Ok man, I admit I was a jerk obnoxious asshole. You don't have to leave Wikipedia, you can still edit about NASCAR or so. (...) About video game articles, I think it's better stopping for a while, for the good of humanity. o/ --Hydao (talk) 04:10, 11 August 2012 (UTC)

Look at this crap. It didn't mention the Family Computer game, in my opinion it's a serious flaw... Plus, the article looks like shit. It was created in 2006 and it looks like crap. I'm not saying it's your fault (or is it?), but well, the truth is: IT WAS YOU WHO CREATED THE ARTICLE. You are editing Wikipedia like a "crazy bastard" since 2006 and you didn't improve it. (...) "The main reason I sent you a message is that your elitist attitudes towards editing and creating video game article is once again making me lose faith in the Wikipedia editing system." (...) "ELITIST"? "FAITH"? YEAH RIGHT...--Hydao (talk) 23:11, 13 August 2012 (UTC)

Your editing

Hi! I saw your response at User_talk:Hydao#I_had_it_up_to_here_with_you and I thought I would add some feedback.

Firstly, I do agree that using "shitty" as a description of something on Wikipedia is too inflammatory. But if he had said "it is of low quality" that could be perfectly fine. Keep in mind that Wikipedia standards were not as high in 2006 as they are today.

About lack of broadband - it is true that it is harder to edit. However it is always possible to save the source code/drafts on your hard drive, or it is also possible to save a copy on your user page for review.

You say "In Canada, we do not have access to half the resources about Japanese video game as you do in wherever you're editing Wikipedia from." - But you are always welcome to go to Wikipedia:Resource request or you can go on the Japanese Wikipedia and ask there. Also many North American gaming magazines can and do provide info on Japanese video games (but more likely to do so if they are getting North American releases) - if a game is being released in Europe but not the US, you can ask European Wikipedians for articles.

Forever Datach

See THIS? And you wanted to put Datach everywhere, how lame. --Hydao (talk) 19:29, 21 August 2012 (UTC)

Hydao, your reply does not have a professional tone or demeanor, and such tones are discouraged. Pointing out mistakes that other editors make is encouraged, but the tone you used is not appropriate or acceptable. Something like "GVnayR, please read this edit: "Datach" is not a part of the game's name. It is the system that the game uses." I am aware that you are frustrated with the editor; nonetheless your responses have to remain professional while editing Wikipedia. WhisperToMe (talk) 13:48, 22 August 2012 (UTC)

Hi there again "sir". You just made 15(!) edits here: The Flintstones: The Treasure of Sierra Madrock. 15 annoying edits. Maybe instead of "save page", you (we) should click the "show preview" button from now on. Your contributed article, 1971 Georgia 500

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, 1971 Georgia 500. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – :. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at : – you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think that the article you created should remain separate, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. ♠♥♣Shaun9876♠♥♣ Talk Email 02:54, 10 September 2012 (UTC)

Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact Web page where you found the image, rather than only giving the source domain or the URL of the image file itself. Please update the image description with a URL that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source in a complete manner. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page or me at my talk page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 21:18, 19 September 2012 (UTC)

Please also consider provising the REAL source of the image as opposed to just a forum thread, please Sfan00 IMG (talk) 21:19, 19 September 2012 (UTC)

Same old story. I think you should rewrite this article. You clearly didn't play the game at all. Players have to control a hydroplane, REALLY? WHEN? I CAN'T CONTROL ANYTHING, I guess... --Hydao (talk) 23:06, 22 September 2012 (UTC)

Yeps, improve the page more. I'm going to scan the front/back cover, and the instruction manual. It's all in Japanese though. --Hydao (talk) 03:10, 23 September 2012 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Orphaned non-free media (File:KoutetsunoKishi3GekitotsuEuropeSensenTitleScreen.png)

Thanks for uploading File:KoutetsunoKishi3GekitotsuEuropeSensenTitleScreen.png.

Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:44, 25 September 2012 (UTC)

Screenshot.

This screenshot: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:KoutetsunoKishiCommanderFritz.jpg ... You wrote Commander Fritz, which Fritz? Fritz von Scholz? Fritz Witt? Fritz Kraemer? Fritz etc? Or is it a fictitious Fritz? I never played this game... but I feel it refers to a real Fritz. Anyway I gave a little effort improving the articles... from now on (yeah...) please add decent info/text for all articles instead of those ridiculous crap you added fews ago for Barbarossa. --Hydao (talk) 21:13, 25 September 2012 (UTC)

Koutetsu no Kishi 3 (Soundtrack)

GVnayR, I asked KungFuFurby (the SNESmusic Guru) to dump and send me the music from the Koutetsu no Kishi games. Right now I have the SPC set for Koutetsu no Kishi 3: Gekitotsu Europe Sensen, however the tracks are titleless (not tagged). Wanna give it a try and contribute to SNESmusic? If yes, I'll send you the SPC set. --Hydao (talk) 08:05, 27 September 2012 (UTC)

Ok GVnayR, when you have time, lemme know then. Good luck with your life obligations.--Hydao (talk) 19:45, 27 September 2012 (UTC)
