Eesti Kroon
I've been trying to contact somebody who might help me find information on banknotes designed by Günther Reindorff and issued by the Eesti Pank in 1927. I would like to write about them, but I need details, preferably the law which describes the type of ink used, watermark, president and director of the bank, when they went into and out of circulation... I think these notes are copyright free. I have tried to contact a few other Estonian users, but to no avail. Perhaps you could help me find something once you speak Estonian. The article Kopa, Estonia has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- No source, no claim of notability.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}

Orphaned non-free media (File:Rehepapp.jpg)
Thanks for uploading File:Rehepapp.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Especially this bit, "(area now divided between Estonia and Latvia)"
"He is best known for creating the first professional atlas visualizing Livonia (area now divided between Estonia and Latvia), the Atlas von Liefland, oder von den beyden Gouvernementern u. Reinvein has created several articles about tsässons and similar subjects - the notability of these is rather dubious as it is, however, I suspect that they might be a major copyright violations. For example, Meldova tsässon has just "Setomaa tsässonad. Edited by Tapio Mäkeläinen and Ahto Raudoja. Setu Kultuuri Fond, 2011." as a reference - but the text has additional references, such as (Läänelaid et al 2005) and (Kupp 1974) - which, for me, look a lot like copy-paste side effects.
Google doesn't find exact matches - but this may be just because the text itself is not from a public source (dissertation, unpublished scientific article etc). I am unsure what to do, especially since I'd loathe to accuse a potential prolific editor and drive him away.
