Disambiguation link notification for April 13
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Jeremy Rifkin, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Environment (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 14:13, 13 April 2013 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of The Third Industrial Revolution: How Lateral Power is Transforming Energy, the Economy, and the World
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on The Third Industrial Revolution: How Lateral Power is Transforming Energy, the Economy, and the World requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Hello, Flourish4520. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Jeremy Rifkin, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.
All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.
If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:
- Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
- Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.
- Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
- Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.
Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies. Note that Wikipedia's terms of use require disclosure of your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation.
For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. --Orange Mike | Talk 16:05, 13 November 2014 (UTC)

You need to stop now before you do any further damage to the reputation of the things you are spamming about. --DanielRigal (talk) 21:21, 7 August 2015 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. Orphaned non-free image File:The Third Industrial Revolution Book Cover.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:The Third Industrial Revolution Book Cover.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:36, 18 March 2018 (UTC)

Do you have a Conflict of Interests?
[edit]Hi Flourish4520. I noticed that all of your edits to Wikipedia, covering 11 years, have been on articles related to Jeremy Rifkin. While a lot of editors specialise to some degree, it is incredibly unusual for an editor to be so utterly focused on a single narrow topic over such a prolonged period. This leads me to ask you to consider whether you might have a connection to Rifkin that could constitute a conflict of interests. If so, then you may be required to make a disclosure about this and/or you may be required to avoid editing in that subject area. The policy covering this is Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. Please take a look and see if this applies to you in any way. In the meantime, I very strongly recommend that you stop editing the Rifkin article and discuss any issues you think it has on its Talk page instead. --DanielRigal (talk) 18:05, 12 March 2021 (UTC)
- I know that more that three years have passed since I asked these questions but I'd still be interested to know the answer. You have yet to discuss anything on any article Talk page and you seem to have no other interest in Wikipedia. DanielRigal (talk) 20:27, 18 September 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Your edit to Jeremy Rifkin has been removed in whole or in part, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. Blocked
[edit]Since it's quite clear you are WP:NOTHERE to build an encyclopaedia, and are only here to push promotion for Jeremy Rifkin, you have been blocked from editing Wikipedia. Since it's clear you work for him, your promotion and WP:COI has gone on long enough. You've had plenty of chances to abide by our COI rules and edit in a neutral manner and continually ignore them. Since you're not interested in respecting Wikipedia's rules and only want to use it for promotion, you have been blocked from editing.
