Scientist's Barnstar

Scientist's Barnstar
Corsi-Rosenthal Box is so cool! Thanks for creating this and bringing our attention to it during the Vaccine Edit-a-thon. GorillaWarfare (she/her • talk) 19:42, 9 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
An additional thought—you mentioned creating some of these boxes yourself. Do you have a photograph of one that could be uploaded to Commons? GorillaWarfare (she/her • talk) 19:44, 9 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much for the very cool Barnstar! I DID upload a photo of the first box that my daughter's engineer student partner made. I hope this will inspire other people to upload some of their efforts. Best Festucarubra (talk) 20:50, 9 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

DYK for Corsi-Rosenthal Box

[edit]

On 13 November 2021, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Corsi-Rosenthal Box, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the Corsi-Rosenthal Box (example pictured) is a homemade air purifier that was designed during the COVID-19 pandemic as an alternative to more expensive air purification systems? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Corsi-Rosenthal Box. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Corsi-Rosenthal Box), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (i.e., 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Wolf

[edit]

Hi. Could you reassign GreWar29 to another article? Wolf is already a featured article and recent edits have not been helpful. How about the red wolf or Mexican wolf articles? LittleJerry (talk) 14:22, 10 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings, I self-assigned the "Wolf" article without realizing the existence of pages for the other mentioned wolf species. I have now switched to edit the "Mexican Wolf" article instead. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by my mistake. Thank you for your feedback. --GreWar29 (talk) 15:58, 10 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
so glad that this was addressed. I am behind with this assignment Festucarubra (talk) 15:52, 12 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
