Speedy deletion nomination of Maria Dovnar
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Maria Dovnar, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. [edit]Hello Faris Ram. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Faris Ram. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Faris Ram|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Seraphimblade Talk to me 21:26, 15 March 2024 (UTC)

Final warning
[edit]Above, it was noted that there was a concern involving editing for pay, and instructing you to answer whether this is correct prior to making any other edits. You have continued to make edits without responding to this. An answer is required prior to you doing any more editing. Should you make any more edits without a direct response to this, you will be blocked from editing. Seraphimblade Talk to me 22:06, 16 March 2024 (UTC)
- @Seraphimblade Specified the data from whom the editing fees originated, can I further edit Wikipedia by providing such data? Faris Ram (talk) 10:23, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
- Yes, since you have declared your paid editing, you will be permitted to edit. However, you must follow the conflict of interest guidelines. If you are being paid to edit, you may not yourself create an article in mainspace or move it there, as you have done previously. Instead, request review from the the articles for creation process, so that an editor without a conflict of interest can review it and decide if it is suitable to move there. If you wish to suggest edits to an existing article, the page linked above also explains how to do that, but do not edit it directly. And whether COI is disclosed or not, Wikipedia does not permit promotional material of any kind; all articles must be neutral in both tone and content. Seraphimblade Talk to me 10:33, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
- OK, and in case there was no payment for the article, can I move it as usual (I did above)? Faris Ram (talk) 10:36, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
- I'm not sure what you mean by that. You stated in your disclosure that you're being paid to edit about Dovnir and Mirzaeva, so no, you may not. You must use AfC if creating an article related to anything you're being paid for, and must use the edit request process if editing an existing one on such a topic. In other cases (I see you made some edits about a historical papal election and a county in Minnesota; I doubt you're getting paid to edit about those), if you are not being paid to edit about the subject, then you can edit normally in those instances. Seraphimblade Talk to me 10:41, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
- Got it, thanks! It's just that now there is one article written on the basis of books, nobody paid for it, and I wonder if I can move it from the draft to the public domain? Faris Ram (talk) 10:45, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
- You could, but that's not really in shape for it. At minimum, all the social media links need to be removed, and it looks to be reference bombed with questionable at best references. Telegram, for instance, is not a reliable source, and I don't know what "74.ru" or the like is, but I rather doubt if that is either. This source ([1]) I can't even find a mention of him in (it looks like it talks about different people named "Volkhonsky"), and it does not mention "Men Pro and Girls Pro" at all, which is the claim it's used to support. Falsification of references, by placing a reference in front of a claim that the cited reference doesn't actually support, is taken very seriously and is very much grounds to be blocked, so ensure you're not doing that. Seraphimblade Talk to me 10:58, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
- 74 ru is a reputable source in Russia (person from Russia) Faris Ram (talk) 14:19, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
