If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on One&Other, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Bazj (talk) 11:47, 16 October 2011 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on One&Other, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

Response
[edit]Sure, thanks for asking. And welcome to Wikipedia. :) The policy that we're dealing with here is this one. If you follow that link, it gives a couple of specific things that could be used (any one of these is required):
The content itself has been the subject of multiple non-trivial published works whose source is independent of the site itself. This criterion includes reliable published works in all forms, such as newspaper articles, magazine articles, books, television documentaries, websites, and published reports by consumer watchdog organizations[4] except for the following:
- Media re-prints of press releases and advertising for the content or site.
- Trivial coverage, such as
- newspaper articles that simply report the Internet address,
- newspaper articles that simply report the times at which such content is updated or made available,
- a brief summary of the nature of the content or the publication of Internet addresses and site, and
- content descriptions in Internet directories or online stores.
- The website or content has won a well-known and independent award from either a publication or organization.
- The content is distributed via a medium which is both respected and independent of the creators, either through an online newspaper or magazine, an online publisher, or an online broadcaster; except for trivial distribution including content being hosted on sites without editorial oversight (such as YouTube, Facebook, Newgrounds, personal blogs, etc.).
If you can help provide references that support one of those, we're in good shape. - Philippe 13:59, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
Ways to improve From Elevated Gangways Rivers of Molten Metal Flow
[edit]Hi, I'm Mduvekot. Fangfest, thanks for creating From Elevated Gangways Rivers of Molten Metal Flow!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. This article needs more references providing substantial coverage from independent, reliable sources
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Hi Mduvekot - thanks for your attention and helpful comments. The Quietus reference is an independent and reliable source that provides substantial coverage (The publication being an established media company of many years) - therefore a most suitable reference for the page. I have also added a link to Discogs to quantify the information. I believe the issue is addressed and the tag may
be removed? Thanks for all the great work you are doing for Wikipedia - Best wishes (Fangfest (talk) 08:33, 13 April 2017 (UTC))
Hi again Mduvekot please find link to The Quietus - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Quietus (Fangfest (talk) 08:42, 13 April 2017 (UTC)) Thankyou
