- You might be right that this user's edits harmed that page although I strongly don't believe they did so on purpose. Now you should start a discussion about this at Talk:Mexico City, where you use that {{WP:PING|ping}} to alert them that you'd like their input.

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:BrugesFR per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/BrugesFR. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.
Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
