Fred and Mates
Regarding your comment on the article Fred and mates, please read Wikipedia's guidelines about advertising. Thank you, PKT(alk) 14:24, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
- Sorry about this. I have read the guidelines and understand this article doesn't qualify as an advertisement.Falkirks (talk) 21:31, 22 May 2013 (UTC)
- Actually the link you gave me does say that all articles must include verifiable third party links to be considered as not advertising .Falkirks (talk) 21:31, 22 May 2013 (UTC)
Xbox One release date
Originally, the Xbox One article displayed a release date of "Q4 2013". Since there has been no confirmation of a release date other than simply "2013", I removed the "Q4". You subsequently reversed this change, incorrectly. May I ask why you did this?
Incidentally, "Q4 2013" usually refers to the first part of 2014, and Microsoft have confirmed the One will be released in 2013. Treeroy (talk) 21:55, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
- I don't remember reverting a change on Xbox One but there was a lot of edit conflicts so it may have been accidently overwritten.Falkirks (talk) 21:31, 22 May 2013 (UTC)
new pages
In checking new pages it helps to be alert to the possibility of copyright violation. Any article that sounds like a press release is probably sourced from one, or from the organisation's web site; and if the site is not given look for it, for in that case the copyvio is almost certain. I'ver listed Taipei Adventist American School for deletion accordingly--it was copied completely from http://taas-taiwan.com/?page_id=2 You'll get the feel of this with experience. DGG ( talk ) 06:17, 22 May 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for this information I hope I get a hang of this soon.Falkirks (talk) 21:31, 22 May 2013 (UTC)
Hi, I noticed you have had some input on the very new page about Rowe. I've marked it for CSD as not meeting WP:AUTHOR or the GNG etc... I wondered if you'd any reason for thinking it did meet any notability criteria. Blue Square Thing (talk) 15:08, 22 May 2013 (UTC)
- I marked this article as having no references because at the time it had no references. I understand it does meet the criteria for speed deletion I was just unsure if it would be improved quickly as it could have been.Falkirks (talk) 21:31, 22 May 2013 (UTC)
Speedy delete
It was in the wrong namespace, User:IRWolfie-/Diffs IRWolfie- (talk) 16:34, 22 May 2013 (UTC)
- Okay please correct this issue then. If not the page will be deleted as it is not helpful for this namespace thus marked for speedy deletion.Falkirks (talk) 21:31, 22 May 2013 (UTC)

I listed this article, which you reviewed and merely tagged as unsourced, for deletion--see my Prod for the reason. I'll give some advice to the contributor. Please remember that WP does not accept essays. DGG ( talk ) 00:29, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
- Okay so should I tag essays for deletion of tag them as essays? Falkirks (Talk to Me) 00:34, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
- Okay should have read your deletion tag sorry. I understand now Falkirks (Talk to Me) 00:36, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
Jean and Alexander Heard Libraries
Hi, I had just created the page and that's why had mentioned that the page is under construction. I had something important that came up my way and could not write the article. Could you please restore the page? Thanks Vistaindia (talk) 01:41, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
- I can't restore your page as I am not an administrator of this wiki. If you are constructing pages your should use your sandbox to prevent this from happening in future. Falkirks (Talk to Me) 01:44, 23 May 2013 (UTC)

Thank you for reviewing Burundi Black;
I'm not finished. Normally I start the article in my userspace, but it's getting towards the end of the day and I didn't realise. Sorry about that.--Launchballer 14:08, 23 May 2013 (UTC)

- Great feel free to remove the tag I placed on the article if you have corrected the issue. Falkirks 14:44, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
- I verified that you have a reference section and removed the PROD. I added another tag concerning the article's lead section so please check that out. Falkirks 15:11, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Vector Consulting Group
Hi Falkirks,
It'd be great if you could highlight the material that needs to be cut out of the article so that I could edit the rest better and resubmit it.
I'm willing to further work on the tonality of the content to suit Wiki. Meanwhile if you could provide your feedback there's nothing like it.
Appreciate your time. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mitchellez (talk • contribs) 16:29, 23 May 2013 (UTC) \
- The main issue is mainly in the Retail section although alot of the article is not encyclopedic.
- Thanks for your feedback. Will work on the Retail section as well as the content as a whole. Will edit the page accordingly.
Thanks much. [Mitchellez 17:13, 23 May 2013 (UTC)] — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mitchellez (talk • contribs)

Ezekiel Saad Tobias Biography
hello Falkirks, I´m writing a biography of Ezekiel Saad Tobis, he is a french-argentinian expert on I Ching, he has written 4 books and developed a long term artistic career, I haven´t finished the article, I wanted to write it in mi users page, but I see I have some trouble to create it as a workshop. I´ll do it in mi workshop in spanish, and when it´s ready I will move it. Is it right?--BBio-Wiki (talk) 17:42, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
- You can use your sandbox by clicking sandbox in the top corner of Wikipedia. You could also create any sub page of your user page by going to your user page and adding (/the name you want) to the URL. Hope this helps. Falkirks 17:46, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
Oh, thanks, I have deleted by my own, but I´ll try to do it as you say. Thankyooooou — Preceding unsigned comment added by BBio-Wiki (talk • contribs) 17:49, 23 May 2013 (UTC)

Champagne Waltz
You reviewed Champagne Waltz and marked it as a stub. I have provided more info and added a reference as well as additional cross connections to other Wikipedia articles. Is it still considered a stub? I'm not overly concerned either way, just trying to feel out the difference for my own edification.Aggie80 21:17, 23 May 2013 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aggie80 (talk • contribs)
- A stub isn't an article that is to short in words. It is an article that doesn't accurately provide enough information about the topic. Stub sizes vary based on articles. If you think it is no longer a stub feel free to remove the tag. Falkirks 21:22, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
The social network of the 9/11 terrorists
Hey, I saw that you marked my page for deletion, but I'm afraid I do not really understand the reason for that. 'Criteria for speedy deletion Articles, images, categories etc. may be speedily deleted if they clearly fall within certain categories, which generally boil down to pages lacking content, or disruptive pages. Anything potentially controversial should go through the deletion process instead.'
I don't really know which category applies for my article, can you help me out? I'd like to fix the problem if it's possible. Thanks in advance!
Trendlanna — Preceding unsigned comment added by Trendlanna (talk • contribs) 01:27, 24 May 2013 (UTC)
- I added this tag when the article was first created as I am a new page patroller and the article seemed like vandalism. You quickly adde s'more content and I removed the tag although I haven't posted a message regarding this change on your talk page. Falkirks 02:05, 24 May 2013 (UTC)
Damrosch Park
I have rewritten Damrosch Park, a page that you tagged for speedy deletion. When you see a problem article on a notable topic, such as Damrosch Park was, it is always better to fix the article than to delete it. Eastmain (talk • contribs) 02:03, 24 May 2013 (UTC)
- I of course understand your concern but in tagging an article for deletion I alert people that it needs to be rewritten. If I am not very concerned I will suggest a clean up and provide tips on the page. I will try to do more rewriting of such articles in future. Falkirks 02:07, 24 May 2013 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (File:TerasAlbumCover.jpg)
Thanks for uploading File:TerasAlbumCover.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:22, 24 May 2013 (UTC)
Invictori Honorabilis
Wikipedia allows individuals to access games, books, media information with a keystroke. I have recently published a new book. Was simply trying to inform the viewers of wikipedia and create a basic information page.
I now understand I am unable to, if you have a staff member who can, I would appreciate the effort.
Or I am open to recommendations.
Leon J Carroll author of Invictori Honorabilis
p.s. as it stands when I search for Invictori Honorabilis there is no information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by LeonJCarroll (talk • contribs) 15:55, 24 May 2013 (UTC)
- You can of course write an article on a book but the goal should be to better people's knowledge not to advertise. It must include references and a lead section explains what it is. You can look at other articles for examples. Falkirks 15:59, 24 May 2013 (UTC)
I was testing
I was using it just to test the moving of a page, and found out that you have to be an administrator to move a page without leaving a redirect because that involves deleting the original page (which can only be done by admins). You can still tag it for speedy deletion, though. EgayovikiW (talk) 01:38, 25 May 2013 (UTC)
- Yes it doesn't matter either way it still needs to be deleted. You could always tag it yourself with "Author requests deletion". It's good to have an explanation. In future do try to limit tests to your sandbox and userpages. Falkirks 04:33, 25 May 2013 (UTC)

- Yes I checked over the page and it is an unsourced biography of a living person so I tagged it for deletion. If you add references just remove the tag from the top of the page to cancel the deletion. Falkirks 13:44, 25 May 2013 (UTC)
