COI status
[edit]Hello, FKE94. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Please disclose whether you are being paid by the company to edit these pages. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 19:23, 17 October 2019 (UTC)
- @AngusWOOF:I have declared a COI for each of my draft. I am a paid (compensation for my expenses) marketing intern, although I worked on the Wikipedia page this is not my main task, i.e. I have not been specifically paid to work on the Wiki page. I don't know what else I could disclose now. I can give you my LinkedIn/phone number if you so desire. FKE94 (talk) 19:31, 17 October 2019 (UTC)
- Hello and thank you for the disclosure previous to creating the article. Wile the Administrators look into the procedure, I will perform some edits in the content of your draft. This is preliminary, and by no means it will be complete, correct, and it does not represent their approval. Cheers, Rowan Forest (talk) 14:04, 18 October 2019 (UTC)
- @Rowan Forest: Hello & thank you Sir. FKE94 (talk) 17:16, 18 October 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, discussion pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at User talk:Curb Safe Charmer, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Curb Safe Charmer (talk) 16:22, 21 October 2019 (UTC)
