The chart positions are true and why do you remove digital songs chart. It is a current single. You removed too much information. I have added Ciara's chart references. Charmed36 00:04, 2 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your block of User:Velten

[edit]

I am concerned about your 3 week block of User:Velten. The arbcom case says she can be blocked for up to a week for violations; you blocked her for 3 weeks. Wouldn't you think reducing it to a week is required unless the arbitration committee changes their mind? Thatcher131 14:22, 3 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hiya

I posted a comment at Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/Buffy the Vampire Slayer which responded to some of your comments, so thought you maybe interested in. In particular do you think points 4, 7, 9 can be struck?:

"All the changes suggested above have been made. I think the prose is good, but know there's room for improvement & I agree this article would benefit from someone copyediting it who is not familiar with it. I might try printing it out and getting some people to read through it specifically for grammar/language. I believe points 4, 7, and 9 been solved."

Thanks-- Paxomen 12:57, 4 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Restarted nomination: Since you have were involved with discussion before at Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/Buffy the Vampire Slayer, you might appreciate knowing that the nomination for the Buffy articles has been restared at the same wiki page. About the Piano rock

[edit]

Ok. It seems a good idea for me since I was finding it very difficult to place all piano rock songs there. However, please wait me a bit before a could start removing the links from the songs to the category. Oh, right. I'm sorry, it's just, I've never seen the word "like" uncapitalised. Funk Junkie 15:59, 15 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, that's quite complicated! But I'll be careful about this. Changing the subject, I've been thinking, shouldn't there be a "director" field on the single infobox? I've already started a discussion about this on the article's talk page, but no one has replied it so far. Funk Junkie 21:18, 21 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Veltan

[edit]

Wikipedia:Requests_for_arbitration/Eternal_Equinox#Eternal_Equinox_placed_on_Probation only allows blocks for a maximum of 1 week. Also, it seems to me that the dispute you are in with him is rather petty, but perhaps I don't understand the full implications. Fred Bauder 16:27, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

First Vision

[edit]

I laughted out loud when I say your note regarding The First Vision and Mariah Carey; I guess I was showing my age. Vandalism is so prevalent on articles related to Mormonism, it is a knee jerk reaction. Thanks for correcting it. Is that album really so important that we need to perfect all links? Hookrej is back...

[edit]

Hello Extraordinary Machine, I see that you've also had certain problems with a user: Hookrej, the one that keeps editing P!nk articles according to his/her (any idea if is a boy or girl, child or adult?) likes, reverting every other editor edits, ordering according to peaks because he wants everyone to see the #1 positions first, also bolding those (which I think violates the Neutral View policy) H may think that this is a free 'fansite' for only him to edit. You can check his latest "contribution" at U + Ur Hand edits history. Is there any way to report Hookrej? Thanks a million in advanced. DanV 17:33, 2 November 2006 (UTC) |}[reply]

I am not ignoring you, I I only find that the wikipédia does not say that we must place tablas in the discografia. He sees for example the discografia of madonna. I only find that you want to place everything in its way, without listening to what we are considering, you simply you go there and dumb. I continue finding that my way is much more easy of being seen, and I am not confused as the one that I made, I want to change only MY STYLE OF discografia. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Hookerj (talkcontribs) 19:13, 13 November 2006.

Hey, you did a great job on this one, but I think you should pick the other cover. Image:KaDee Strickland in Fever Pitch.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:KaDee Strickland in Fever Pitch.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Oden 07:08, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Album covers are fair use

[edit]

Stop removing images from Infoboxed for John Mayer. Fair use indicates images cannot be used, however reasonable use (i.e. thumbnail use) is acceptable.

I am going to restore every one of the reverts you've completed.

If you intend re-reverting, please discuss this in the talk page.

Once again, no rules were broken by their inclusions and you've just made a pain of yourself by removing them.

I thought that too, but I wanted to make sure, so I asked at Wikipedia:Media_copyright_questions and apparently citing the person who made the screenshot is still necessary. —ShadowHalo 19:13, 1 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I find it very sad that you remove any adverse dialogue to this song. Any poor reviews are removed and summed up as "Fake" or false. Removing such is indeed vandalism. Firegirl223 05:06, 1 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I dont think you are one to say what is true. Since you and i are not involve with anything involving an album. So you can not say what is a rumor or not. ESPECIALLY since it is on IMDB also!

Fast As You Can

[edit]

If it's not recommended to make small, seperate sections; why do you seperate Chart Performance and Charts? They are bsaically the same thing. It's better to add the chart boxes directly underneath the summary of the single's chart performance. Besides, I had already combined two sections and only seperated one, which is what you just did, except I combined Charts and Commercial release, and sperated video, and you combined video and chart performance, and re-seperated charts. My edit makes more sense. ShadowBoxer 00:05, 16 December 2006 (UTC)

Message

[edit]

You need to understand something: I am tired of associating with you, and you are now more than evidently getting in my way of editing, likely to institute blocks for a period of time for your own entertainment. As you've been told several times before, you don't own articles, so stop treating them — Nelly Furtado ones in particular — as if they are. You're not being inconspicuous and I'm particularly sick of having to go through this process because of your intolerable antics. Therefore, stop reverting good-faith edits for the sake of labelling them as "harassment" for your own blocking-humor. Velten 15:23, 28 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Though I'm not sure that a complete revert was necessary, I must say I'm concerned about this edit, which states that it was at #1 on 12/15 when the reference right there states that it was at #9. ShadowHalo 04:22, 29 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with everything Velten had to say. Nothing I want to add, or take away. By far, you are one of the worst editors in th encyclopedia. As it was said, you do not own articles. Stop taking important useful encyclopedia meterial away. My problem is with your revertions in the Carrie Underwood - "Some Hearts" page. 21:20, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned fair use image (Image:I Am Me album cover.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:I Am Me album cover.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you.
