You may want to start the page in your sandbox until you're ready to publish it. With a few exceptions, other users will typically leave your sandbox alone. It's a good place to construct articles prior to submitting them and practice editing in general.

The first thing you will need is references. For the subject you've chosen, you'll probably want to dig up some good secondary sources. I tried a Google search, but unfortunately didn't turn up much. --Erick Shepherd (talk) 03:48, 25 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Artist Page

I recommend trying The Wikipedia Adventure. It's an interactive tutorial that will walk you through the basics of Wikipedia editing.
