Chatham

You would need to provide a real reliable source, not just an assertion of local popularity, to include "capital of crows" as a nickname for Chatham. (Also, it's capital, not capitol — a "capitol" is a legislative building in the United States, while a place being the "head city" of something is a "capital".)
